Un hotel para pasarla bien y descasar en Buenos Aires
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, sus habitaciones, el restaurant y el desayuno; también los baños por la higiene y la buena presión del agua. Felicitamos a todo el personal desde los muchachos que nos reciben en la puerta, las mucamas, las mozas y los conserjes, en especial a Cindi por su comprensión, amabilidad y profesionalismo. El personal del hotel es un diez, muy profesionales todos.

Cons:

La puerta del baño hacia un poco de ruido al cerrarla, un detalle...

Excelente hotel. La atención fue impecable, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, el desayuno delicioso y la ubicación perfecta. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%

Pésimo y sucio
Pros:

Solo rescatarla la habitación.

Cons:

El hotel en general es mediocre, personal mediocre, el desayuno incluido de pésima calidad pero lo peor habitaciones sucias, camas pésimamente tendidas con ropa de cama que no correspondía a la medida del colchón, nuestros duvets estaban sucios, evidentemente sucios con semanas o meses sin lavar, tuvimos que pedir que los cambiaran, tuvo que hacerlo la persona de recepción porque a las 8pm ya no había personal de limpieza.
Parece que operan con el mínimo de personal y se nota, sumando que el personal que trabaja ahí tiene una pésima actitud de servicio.

Sábanas y camas ok.

Cons:

Al bañarse, la mampara perdía agua y no habia ninguna alfombra para salir de la bañera. Debi secar toalla.

1 sola toalla por huéspedes, generalmente dejan 2.

El desayuno abundante, no pude observar buena calidad productos.

Quien limpiaba, 8.30 tocando puertas para ver si necesitábamos servicio limpieza.

Secador de pelo, no corresponde al nivel de hotel.
