Pros:

Stanza spaziosa e letti confortevoli, ottima colazione di qualità e molto varia, disponibilità e cordialità, in particolare del personale femminile della reception. Per quanto riguarda l'ottima posizione, da segnalare la vicinanza alla stazione della metropolitana.

Cons:

Il funzionamento e la lentezza degli ascensori (un ulteriore ascensore per il personale sarebbe opportuno), le stanze prospicienti l'Avenida 9 de Julio sono comunque rumorose anche se situate ai piani alti dell'hotel, non siamo rimasti soddisfatti dell'unica cena presso il ristorante dell'hotel

La amabilidad del personal en términos generales, dispuesto a resolver dudas y dar sugerencias, la habitación, la limpieza y el desayuno exepcional.

Cons:

Uno de los recepcionistas fue poco resolutivo, con cierta "mala voluntad" muy diferente al resto del personal, con mi familia si veíamos que estaba él en recepción sabíamos que no nos iba a ayudar en nada.

Muy lindo hotel. El desayuno excelente, variado, abundante. La atención impecable, la limpieza también. La ubicación muy buena. Inclusive nos dieron una habitación de mayor tamaño sin costo adicional.

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de esa categoría, pienso que podrían mejorar los servicios. Como por ejemplo el gimnasio, que es muy limitado y pequeño. También algún lugar de esparcimiento, con un TV grande. Son solo sugerencias, el hotel está muy bien en general.

Pros:

La habitación era gigante, super cómoda. Nos dieron una superior con cama matrimonial por cortesía, porque la que habíamos reservado tenía camas simples.
El desayuno excelente y el restaurant hace una comida riquísima.
Muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría es el café del desayuno, el resto 10 puntos.
