One of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stay!
Cons:

I genuinely cannot understand how this property can be advertised as a four-star hotel. The condition of the room was far below even the most basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance and hygiene. The photos speak for themselves, although they still do not fully show how unpleasant the experience was in person.From the moment we entered, it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned properly. There was dust, grime, cobwebs, damp and mould in several places. The bathroom was especially unacceptable. The shower curtain was yellow, heavily stained and covered with dark marks that appeared to be mould and accumulated dirt. The floor edges, corners and shower enclosure had blackened residue and visible neglect. There were also brown and reddish stains around the bathroom, some of which looked disturbingly similar to blood. The irony was unbelievable: despite the bathroom already being covered in old stains, guests were expected to sign a document promising not to stain the hotel’s towels. A hotel that asks customers to protect its towels should first provide a room that is clean, sanitary and fit to use. We left much earlier than planned, shortened our reservation and moved to another hotel. We requested a refund. The refund was eventually given, but only after the manager argued with my partner on the telephone. Her manner was rude, aggressive and entirely unprofessional. Instead of responding calmly to legitimate complaints and apologising for the condition of the room, she was shockingly rude, confrontational and dismissive, as she raised her voice, showed no willingness to apologise and even attempted to intimidate us regarding our right to leave an honest review. The only member of staff who deserves genuine praise is the receptionist, Thomas. He remained professional throughout the situation. Unfortunately, one responsible employee cannot compensate for severe hygiene failures, inadequate maintenance and the manager’s unacceptable handling of complaints.

يوجد عدة القهوه والشاي مجاني.
Ms. Daily فتاة في قمة الأخلاق ساعدتنا كثيراً في التعامل مع المشكله في اول يوم وكذلك اخذت الموقف بطريقه متزنه، ومتفهمه ،شكرا لكي على هذا التعامل اللبق،وكذلك شكر خاص لها حدثت لي مشكله أثناء عمل الفيزا وتأخرت علي ولكن بعد تواصلي معها قالت لا تقلق سوف اعملها لك سريعاً وكان لا يوجد متسع من الوقت على رحلتي،عملتها بمبلغ 80 دولار تقريبا😥، ولكن اشكرها على تفانيها شعب فيتنام طيب جدا في التعامل والمساعده، وكذلك مددت اقامتي في الفندق واتمنى بأن لا تكون اخر مره شكرا لكم جميع الطاقم

- اول يوم فقط حصلت مشكله في الدفع بسبب الضريبه الخاصه ببطاقة البنك ولكن تم حلها من قبل Ms.Daily
-رائحة المطبخ تدخل داخل الغرفه فترة الصباح مع العلم ان الشفاط موجود.
-رائحه كريهه في دورة المياة تخرج من الحنفيه تقريباً يجب عليك إغلاق فتحة التصريف دائماً بعد الانتهاء والا عند الاستخدام سوف تتضايق من الرائحه.
البانيو لو كان يوجد به متسع لكان أفضل.
