Pros:

I stayed here for 3 days and was really impressed with the service. The staff were so friendly and the service was top. The hotel was also very well located. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

L’emplacement était exceptionnel, en plein centre. Le personnel aux petit soins et très serviable, on nous a gardé nos sacs pendant qu’on se rendait à la baie d’halong pendant 2 jours. On a aussi pu avoir accès à une chambre et une douche avant notre transport de nuit. Daily nous a aussi aidé à reserver tous nos transports et activités, et tout était parfait.
La chambre est très simple mais est très bien équipée.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est bon mais assez simple.

L’accueil était parfait avec Mr Thomas qui était très gentil et serviable. L’hôtel etait propre et surtout proche de tout !! L’emplacement est idéal. Bon rapport qualité prix 👌🏼👍🏼

Pros:

De ligging is fantastisch midden in old quarter en je kan overal lopend heen. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Zo lang wij er waren (3 nachten) werd de kamer niet gedaan en kregen we ook geen schone handdoeken. Pas toen we erom vroegen kregen we deze. Ook moesten we om toiletpapier vragen omdat ze niet de kamer bij hielden.

Pros:

Great location and very nice and helpful reception staff, especially Thomas who helped me book coaches, sort laundry and sorted any problem we had. They even kept my luggage whilst I went on the ha GIANG loop as I stayed with them before and after the loop.

walking distance to many activities.
Pros:

Staff was always friendly and helpful and location was within walking distance to all our activities. Room was large, comfortable and quiet. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our room did have a deep bathtub which was a bit difficult for this older couple. Internet did not work well in our room so we sometimes had to step out into the hall.

Pros:

Situé dans le vieux quartier de Hanoi, à 10 min de marche du Lac Hoang Kiem et les commerces aux alentours

Cons:

L'établissement est assez vieillot, les chambres mériteraient d'un rafraichissement. Le petit déjeuner est assez basique

Прекрасное и очень чёткое отношение к гостям. Ребята очень постарались нас пораньше заселить и вообще на все вопросы и пожелания была мгновенная реакция. Отзывчивый люди которым хочется сказать огромное спасибо и всех благ. Процветания вашему бизнесу!
Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный . Фрукты - ананас манго питахайя мандарины. По желанию пожарят яичницу или омлет. Тосты, бекон сосиски овощи готовые и сырые, чай кофе, заварные пирожные. Все свежее и вкусное .
Гостиница чистая матрасы удобные белье свежее полотенца прекрасные
Полное ощущение что приехал к старым друзьям которые тебя долго и с нетерпением ждали .
Расположение очень удобное все в шагавой доступности
