Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich wirkt der Whirlpool leider nur provisorisch instand gesetzt. Die Sprudelfunktion ist lediglich in einer Ecke aktiv, und zudem muss man jedes Mal den Pool verlassen, um die Anlage über einen separaten Knopf zu starten, was den Komfort deutlich einschränkt.
Darüber hinaus steht während der täglichen technischen Wartungszeiten des Pools für etwa eine Stunde im gesamten Hotel kein Wasser zur Verfügung, was für die Gäste sehr unpraktisch ist.
Die Matratze im Zimmer war sehr weich, und die vorhandenen Kissen empfand ich als zu klein, sodass der Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt war.
Zusätzlich wird das Tor des Hotels ab 20:00 Uhr geschlossen. Der Sinn dieser Maßnahme ist jedoch nicht ganz nachvollziehbar, da sich das Tor von außen öffnen lässt. Außerdem ist unklar, ob Gäste das Tor selbstständig öffnen können, wenn sie abends das Hotel mit dem Auto verlassen möchten. Gibt auch elektrische Lösungen für muss man halt investieren um die Gäste zu binden.

Uprzejmość personelu, czysto, śniadania dla każdego coś pysznego, grota solna cudownie relaksuje, świetna lokalizacja wszędzie blisko, plaża 2 minuty, Żabka 😉 3 minuty, siłownia 5 minut, czy warto - warto 💫
