Comfortable place to stay in a fun neighborhood of Tbilisi
Pros:

Really clean, quiet and comfortable place to spend a night! Loved getting to explore the Didube neighborhood (definitely not too touristy, which I appreciated!) - would definitely recommend this place to a friend visiting Tbilisi.

这次入住体验非常棒！房东非常热情友善，让我们感觉特别温暖。房间住起来也很舒服，整体干净整洁，设施齐全，入住期间非常方便。

第二天我们要去梅斯蒂亚徒步，也让我们寄存了几天的行李，对我们这种需要徒步、经常换城市的旅行者来说真的提供了很大的帮助。

整个入住过程中都能感受到房东的热情和善意，沟通也很顺利。住宿的位置和各方面条件都很不错，整体体验非常愉快。

Нас поселили вночі. Одразу після бронювання. Приємний господар помешкання. Зустрів нас надворі. Зручне розташування для подальшого переїзду у м. Степанцмінда.

Pros:

I was looking for a good-value place to stay before an early train from Tbilisi station, and this definitely fit the bill. Staff were friendly (though English is limited) and location is great for the station - and even for downtown there's a regular bus from a stop 5 minutes away. Good WiFi.

Cons:

Room was fine, and the bathroom was surface-clean but could definitely use a deep clean. Bed was comfortable enough for a night, but the sheets felt cheap and I probably wouldn't have wanted to sleep in them for more than a day. Generally the place felt a bit tired, and the common areas had way too much clutter. A good spring clean and this place would definitely be a 9!

We stayed at Hotel Toma's House and were absolutely delighted. The host, Tomas, is an incredibly warm, kind, and helpful person who welcomes every guest like a close friend, helps with any questions, and creates a wonderful homely atmosphere. The vibe in the hotel is very cozy and warm. The rooms are clean, spacious, well-renovated, and have comfortable beds. The location is excellent: a quiet side street, yet the metro is literally just a couple of steps away, making it easy to quickly reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your care and warmth—we will definitely come back here again!

Highly recommended

We stayed for one night. The room was clean and had everything we needed: fresh linens, towels, and shampoo. The host was very welcoming and attentive, even bringing water.

The next day, I got sick and we needed to stay longer, but there were no available rooms. The host called the neighboring hotel himself and arranged for us to be accommodated earlier than our check-in time. He simply solved our problem.
