Perfect for a party trip
Pros:

Stayed here with friends and the location was exactly what we wanted. Bars, restaurants and street food everywhere. Definitely more suitable for young travellers who enjoy nightlife than people who are very sensitive to noise.

Good combination of work and travel

I had to work a little during my trip but still wanted to stay somewhere social. This worked well because I could work on the rooftop or their lobby and meet other travellers in the evening.

Right where the action is
Pros:

The location is basically in the heart of Bui Vien, which means you get the full nightlife experience. Definitely not a quiet residential neighbourhood. I liked being able to go out and walk back in a couple of minutes.

Impossible to sleep. Asks for cash payment. Scam

This hotel is a nightmare.

Cons:

The hotel is extremely noisy, just in Bui Vien street. It feels like if you were inside a club until 4am. The ask for cash payments or they want to take your passport until you pay by cash. The hotel and rooms don’t look at all like the photos, rooms are dirty and abandoned. Impossible to stay or sleep there. I left after the first night. It’s a scam.

Good place to stay at great price
Pros:

Location is in Bui Vien, so at the same time great as super central however very very noisy until late at night.
Richard and the staff is very kind and helpful

Cons:

too loudy at night. Room is very basic.

Reception saved me some time
Pros:

I asked reception about buses, laundry and where to eat and got answers pretty quickly. It's much easier than spending an hour searching online for everything. Staff were happy to help without making it complicated.

Good place to come back to
Pros:

After being out all day, it was nice to come back and have somewhere to sit, grab a drink and talk to people. The rooftop is definitely a plus. The atmosphere felt friendly without being too organised.

Perfect location to start your trip.
Pros:

If you're visiting Ho Chi Minh City for the first time, I'd seriously recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance, the neighborhood is full of energy, and the staff are happy to help foreign travelers. It made my first trip to Vietnam much easier.

Would stay here again
Pros:

Had a good few days here. The room was comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast, staff were helpful and the rooftop was a nice place to hang out. Nothing over the top, just a good hotel that does what I needed.

Simple but clean
Pros:

The room was basic, but it was clean and comfortable. Mattress was good, bathroom was fine and everything worked. For a budget hotel in the centre, that's enough for me.

Pros:

The air conditioning worked really well, which I appreciated because Saigon was extremely hot when I visited. Came back from outside and the room was nice and cool. Definitely needed it.
