Good facility but poor service
Pros:

The facility is very good. We stayed in apartment at the Pine Cliff Gardens which has good size, very clean. The house keeping was really good.

Cons:

It is a big resort and cars can be driven in the resprt. So
Always feel quite stressful to avoid the cars especially when walking with children in the resort. The hotel management and service was very poor. It was extremely difficult to make reservations for activities and restaurants in one go before and after arrival. The hotel reception and conceige cannot make all the bookings. Everything has to be booked with seperate emails or with different teams. There were a few occasions that I asked the hotel reception to cancel a restaurant or change the padal court time or ask activities times. Their answers are always they cannot do it. I had been told to ask conceige a few times but they are not working at night time and have to wait until the next morning! The spa was poor and was a rip off. The facial I booked finished 10 mins earlier and they always try to convince you to go for another option which is different to what we orginally booked but more expensive.

Beautiful hotel with a Huge territory with The worst staff and Service ever

Very Huge and good cared territory,nice location,beautiful nature,an amazing hotel ,comfortable Suite Room-Big,spacy and you have everything you need,Big balcóny.
Amazing restaurants on a territory of hotel,you can dine amazing and very Tasty directly there.
Top lessons and instructors of Golf,padel,Tennis,football-we enjoyed all of them and this possibility to train and do sports is amazing there!

Cons:

For The beginning we arrived and our sink was broken,all the waterfall was on a floor -we couldnt even wash our hands after a tryp and i called 3 times!!!!! And still nobody came!
We went outside to walk,just already disappointed and passed by Reception to explain an issue and still nobody knew nothing-NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A STANDARTS OF THIS HOTEL.

The worst is a personal everywhere,everyone only try to for e a fake smyle only for a tip,nobody cares about you,arrogant and very rude,owful the worst experience in our life on this price and level of hotel.

Very slow Service-i had to wait even for a sparkling wataer at the bar,Bills to sign until 30 min long and repeating several times.
Also they took our napking and throw it from a bath-nobody could help.
Althought Everybody talks english-70% they don’t understand you!

I have wanted after 5 calls an Iron -after 1 week wasn’t there,nobody cares,i had to walk in a cloths without ironing.

Owful Reception Service-no welcome,no smile not helping you -talking bed in front of you(we undrstand perfectly portugués).THE WORST SEEVOCE AND STAFF IN MY LIFE!

Fights between a workers making a clients waiting -in a hard,tówel stand-is uneccaptable in any level hotel.
It’s unecceptable a huestes to see how you guys fight about your working mistskes in front of a people-make breefing in the end of a day and thats it.

Owful breakfast,rude people,very poor breakfast on this hotel level,very.
I believe in a comments of a people before coming and it’s not even True ,i hope my comments will help somebody,but it seems all the Algarve is like this…
We were all week long u happy in this hotel with a poor Service and no attention or help,very sad experience to feel that way after pay so much for a stay when we could go to much Níger hotel and enjoy instead of bring so disappointed.
Much to improve!!!!

Nice facilities, good for families. Older kids might feel it’s not very grown up.

3 bed garden suite - good modern facilities

Cons:

Problems not dealt either quickly. Had to ask four times for water filter to be fixed. It took over a day.

Отличный вариант для семейного отдыха.
Всё есть либо на территории отеля, либо рядом.
Безопасно, спокойно, комфортно.

Номера оборудованы по высшему разряду. Есть даже выжималка для сока и 2 типа кофе машины!

Cons:

Номера староваты и требуют ремонта и обновления.
Особенно сан узлы.
