The location was great and staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room smelled like urine, we didn't have any hot water for the first 24+ hours of the stay, we couldn't adjust the temperature on the thermostat so we were always freezing or hot and my name was never displayed properly on the tv

O quarto é excelente, espaçoso, camas boas e banheiro nota 10. As comodidades do hotel são boas também.

Cons:

Apesar do quarto ser ótimo, falta iluminação nele. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar também.
Ocorreu comigo uma situação, deixei uma camisa branca em cima da cama antes de sair no dia 13, quando voltei haviam arrumado o quarto (sem eu pedir) e a blusa sumiu, acredito que levaram junto com a roupa de cama. Reclamei na recepção e ficaram de me retornar se achassem a camisa - nunca retornaram, e ainda disseram que se achassem a blusa eu teria que pagar pelos custos de correio, sendo que o erro foi deles, então saí chateada pois perdi uma camisa de valor e estima e não recebi se quer um retorno sobre.

La cercanía a los parques de Disney

Cons:

La habitación un poco antigua.
Ducha estaba muy mal, el agua salía al suelo.
Llegamos y la alfombra mojada por toda la entrada del baño.
El desayuno habían.mcuha gente y todo de plástico, no tan variado.

Wonderful, spacious, clean place to stay close to shopping and Disney World without the chaos!
Pros:

The pool was very nice and not crowded. My kids loved the waterfall feature and it was really nice that there were depths we all could enjoy.
The breakfast had great variety, was well made and had good options for our family with a few fruit allergies - staff was happy to answer questions about the food.
I loved the sleeping options for our large family, everyone could have their own (or 2 people to a queen) bed. The trundle sofa was way better than a couch pull out bed!
My son made a bit of a mess filling our water at a fountain and the staff was so kind about it and told me where we could find a water fill station for the next time.
Proximity to amenities no matter the room location was also really nice.
The rooms didn't smell musty and the water in the hotel didn't have the Florida sulfur smell or taste anywhere! We are picky about water.
My kids said they loved the room, layout, and space better than All Star Sports where we stayed next. We will definitely use the hotel again for a future stay.

Cons:

We didn't mind the price of parking because of the hotel quality and great breakfast, but if we needed a longer stay as first time visitors that may have influenced us to stay somewhere else. We ended up happy with our choice. The quality of the hotel and breakfast made it worth it, but you just never know!
