Perfekter Aufenthalt, Danke
Pros:

Perfekte Lage am Siegsteig, super sauber, Restaurant inklusive, tolles Zimmer mit richtig gutem Bett, leckeres Frühstück! Fazit: Es gab‘ nichts, was die 10er Bewertung nicht rechtfertigt.

Exremely 1980's retro but clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The large bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean. Location good for us. We had a large bedroom plus a lounge / kitchen area which was unexpected. Any staff we met were friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is extremely 1980's "retro". Reception seems only open rarely so you have to phone to get entry. If your room is at the front very noisy with traffic. But in fairness the double glazing is very effective at keeping the noise out. But the room was high up the building and was very hot so we needed the windows open. The fridge was not working. No lift so not for those who can't manage stairs.

Pros:

Great little hotel in good location. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room. Dog friendly. Good breakfast.

Hotel in der Nahe vom Bahnhof und Siegsteig.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, besonders beim Frühstück. Obwohl kein Personal bei der Ankunft vor Ort war, hat das Einchecken hervorragend funktioniert. Eine 1 Liter Flasche Mineralwasser stand bei der Ankunft auf dem Zimmer. Vor 2 Woche waren wir schon mal im Hotel, als es so heiß war. Da hatte man im Flur einen Kühlschrank aufgestellt. Dort waren für jede Person die übernachtete, eine Flasche Mineralwasser abgestellt. Ferner war ein Wasserkocher vorhanden mit dem man sich einen Tee oder Kaffee machen kann. Unter dem Hotel ist ein Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten.

Cons:

Das Bad hätte etwas grösser sein können. War aber für 2 Übernachtungen ok. Die Matratzen waren für meine Bedürfnisse zu hart.

Die Organisation, das Zimmer, der freundliche Empfang, Gutes Frühstück, entgegenkommendes serviceorientiertes Personal, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren rundum zufrieden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben.

Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass wir unsere Fahrräder sicher unterstellen konnten. Während unseres Aufenthalts herrschten Temperaturen von bis zu 35 Grad, und auf Nachfrage wurde uns sogar ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt , ein toller Service, der den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht hat.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns überzeugt. Es war abwechslungsreich und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Insgesamt gibt es für uns nichts zu beanstanden. Für das heiße Wetter kann schließlich niemand etwas.

Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist äußerst hellhörig, was dem Personal jedoch entweder nicht bewusst oder aber egal zu sein scheint. Ich habe es als Frechheit empfunden, dass man sich über den Gang hinweg Dinge zuruft und direkt vor den Zimmertüren minutenlang Privatgespräche in hoher Lautstärke führt.
