Guests including children staying at Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef are required to present valid original identification upon check-in, which may be either a Passport or a GCC/ UAE National ID card.
Credit Card Information:
Please note that you will have to present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check in at the hotel. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.
In case you fail to present the credit card used in booking upon arrival, a refund will be processed on the previous charge and you will have to pay for your stay either cash or with any other debit or credit card, which is physically present. Localisation accueil propreté cadre déco chambre spacieuse et confortable surtout la literie prix abordable
At first, I was quite upset because the room we were given was different from the room I had originally booked. I spoke to the reception, and they explained that the room I booked was unfortunately not available. They handled the situation well and offered us complimentary breakfast as an apology for the inconvenience.
I also booked another room, and the hotel kindly offered me a discount and arranged a refund for the previous room. I really appreciate their effort to make things right.
A special mention to Sarita at reception, who was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The housekeeping team was also very attentive and responded quickly to our requests.
Overall, despite the initial issue, we had an enjoyable stay. I appreciate how the hotel handled our concerns and made an effort to ensure we were comfortable. I would still recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The room size was not as expected
Inicialmente reservé una sola noche y terminé quedándome cuatro, lo que habla por sí solo. La habitación es moderna, muy cómoda y siempre estuvo impecable. El personal fue muy amable durante toda mi estancia y el desayuno es variado y de excelente calidad. Después de alojarme en varios hoteles de Dubái, considero que ofrece una de las mejores relaciones calidad-precio de la ciudad. La ubicación también me pareció excelente: es un lugar tranquilo, agradable para caminar junto al canal y con muy buen acceso en taxi tanto a Downtown como a Jumeirah y otros puntos de interés. Sin duda volvería.
Customet services, i had an accident yesterday morning in the bathroom..The floor was wet and was about to get the shower gel to wash my face, i slip,slide then fell off with my two legs apart one it was like one is in letter L in left side and S in the right side..Luckily and thanks god no broken bones. The slippers could not hold the wet floor. When the staff saw me struggling to walk as i was really in pain. They immidiately assist me, put me in a wheel chair and give me a food on my table. I like the room and it's cozy and minimalist design it was relaxing.. I like the bathroom too except that incident. Until now i still could not able to walk. The doctor said no broken bones but it has be observed in 3.to 7 days.. Thank you to all the staff on that morning from the server in the restaurant,security,reception staff and cleaner offering me bottle water. All of them are so kind, nice and with a loving heart. May god bless them all.

regarding the room... it had a nice vibe,... but the only issue was the power points which were very few.. since i were there mostly to work on my laptop, i needed the power points...however the staff were helpful and got me an power extension... the location is the best part of this property...its right next to the al saeef village...one more point is that it is extended horizontally unlike regular hotels that vertically goes up... i wish i was here in winters... i could have enjoyed the property even more.... The breakfast is also one of their specialities... they have 3 rooms of buffet running... sometimes it becomes an issue when one wants to get something, i had to cross all the way across 3 rooms to refill... lol ... but honestly it was great... the breakfast almost caters to all type of people and their taste... they also have nice living areas where one can sit and relax... the swimming pool area was nice but since i went in the mid summer, couldn't stay much up there... however the view from there is awesome...
all was good except the power points... and yes the light switches at times got a bit irritating as it had stored presets which lights are on with that particular preset... i mean one can't choose exactly which light to switch on...
The staff were friendly, however the room was missing curtains. The blinds were poorly fitted and reflected a lot of sunlight couldn't sleep at all in the morning.
My stay was in room 241 just FYI.
