The Homestay is comfortable. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate. The location is perfect, on a quiet lane with great restaurants nearby. For breakfast/coffee, Nook is highly recommended (on a small lane off the lane the Homestay is on). The staff make the stay at Stop and Go. They were so helpful and kind throughout.
A very nice room, good wifi, good bathroom, firm bed, nice aspect looking outside. Excellent service from the receptionists (especially miss Nga). A very good location in a small, quiet alley.

Great staff!
Congratulations on a well run, modern homestay! Rooms are clean and spacious, staff very helpful and friendly. Lots of little eateries nearby. Located in a quiet lane, away from traffic.
The location is good, near to the city center
We were asked to pay a deposit to secure the room, which already felt unusual. The staff explained it was because they had previous cases where guests canceled last minute, leaving the room empty. However, I pointed out that if you choose to list your property on Booking.com, you should follow the platform’s policies, which allow guests to cancel before the deadline.
I had already confirmed with them over the phone that we would stay, and they agreed. Despite that, they later contacted me via Zalo asking for a 20% deposit. What made it worse was the attitude — in their call, their staff basically said that if I didn’t pay, they could just cancel without any problem, which made I feel like they didn’t value us as guests at all. Not a great first impression.
Another inconvenient rule is that guests have to leave their shoes outside and use their flip-flops inside the property. This means every time you want to change shoes, you have to carry them from your room to the entrance, which is quite uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced this at any other accommodation.
The room itself is quite small and not soundproof. Even more frustrating, we were told the room was ready, and we checked in about an hour later from their call, and after we had already been inside for around 10 minutes, they called and asked us to leave so they could fix the toilet. We had to wait in our friend’s room for about 15 minutes. And honestly, the timing couldn’t have been worse — my friend was literally using the toilet when they informed us.
Overall, this stay was quite disappointing, mainly due to the service and how things were handled.
