My family and I had such an amazing stay at TownePlace Suites Orlando, and a huge reason for that was the incredible front desk team.

Luis, Love, and Alain went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality was truly exceptional. They treated us like family, always greeting us with genuine smiles, kindness, and a willingness to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home throughout our stay.

It’s rare to come across a team that consistently provides this level of warmth and professionalism. They turned what would have been just another hotel stay into a memorable experience for my family. Their positive attitudes and dedication to guest service did not go unnoticed.

Oscar made what had been one of the most exhausting days of our lives end on the best possible note. We were in the middle of moving into our new home, traveling with our little daughter, completely exhausted, and instead of arriving in the afternoon as planned, we didn’t make it to the hotel until 5:00 AM.

From the moment we walked in, Oscar welcomed us with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism. He immediately understood how tired we were and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. After such a stressful day, his warm attitude meant more to us than he could ever imagine.

He made us feel valued, not just like another reservation. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the way we were treated.

Thank you, Oscar, for reminding us that a simple act of kindness can make all the difference. You are a tremendous asset to the team at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista. We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to everyone we know.

I had a huge roach in my room. They gave me a new room and I found several roaches in that room. They didn't seem to think it was a big deal at all, actually made me feel stupid for thinkingit was gross. Customer service was good but I would never stay again. Not normal to have bugs in room, exterminate.

My family and went to Springhill Suites Marriott Orlando Theme Parks by Lake Bueno and we were always greeted and treated by the BEST breakfast crew ever!! I wanna give a great review and hands down to Shirley and her team for going above and beyond in taking care if me and my four kids for breakfast every morning. We were late a couple of mornings and they would just welcome us and help us get the kids fed and brought out the uber cart (grey food cart) filled it up with our kids waffles and waters and fruits and eggs and made sure we are fed! THANK YOU SO MUCH SHIRLEY for your kindness and service that went above and beyond!! We will definitely be back!! This is such an awesome hotel!

Dinning staff was amazing. They accommodated us with some extra fresh bacon even after dining area was closed. Thank you

We stayed at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lake Buena Vista from late May through early June for a total of eight days.

One of the highlights of our trip was the exceptional service we received from the concierge, Love, when we first arrived in Florida. She was extremely kind, efficient, professional, and welcoming. Her outstanding service significantly contributed to our positive first impression of the hotel and gave us great expectations for the rest of our stay.

We also truly enjoyed the hotel itself. The facilities were very good, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the beds were comfortable, allowing us to rest well after long days. Housekeeping service was provided every other day, which worked well for us and contributed positively to our stay.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was excellent. We have nothing but praise and gratitude for the way Love treated us during our time there, and we greatly appreciated the quality and comfort of the hotel as a whole. We definitely intend to return on a future trip to Orlando.
