Perfekte Lage für Themenparks, inklusive Shuttle.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sauber, freundlich, sehr große schöne Zimmer.

The room was clean and the AC worked amazingly well!! We love a cold room and it delivered! The only thing is the hallways on our floor (4) were very hot, which was odd. It was fine in the lobby and our room but not our floor. The room had a good sized fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher and plates, utensils, pots, cups etc. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. The pool area was nice and refreshing. Check in and out were both seamless and quick! The location is wonderful with tons of restaurants and a grocery store right around the corner. Disney is right up the street and Universal is very close as well. We are locals and just used this as a little stay cation to swim and have time together away from our day to day and it was perfect! We will definitely stay again.
The pool itself could have used a vacuum and the tiles along the water line needed descaling.
Also the cost of parking is annoying. I don't think you should be charged for parking when you're already paying to stay but I already knew that was the deal because contrary to other reviews, it does tell you when booking.
Location great, breakfast ok, maybe omelet station would be better. The entire staff was amazing very helpful. Didn’t use the pool ,but will definetly use on return visit. Amazing
Breakfast was good, not much for vegans but it was ok.
I waited an extra hour for my room to be ready & My bed was dirty, the sheets had stains on it. Very obvious of ejaculation stains & hair in the bed.

The convenience of shops and restaurants
That my original room requested with TOWNEPLACE suites was not what I got when I checked in. I had to let the hotel staff know I requested a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed which I was told was all sold out even though I reserved it. Overall I was given a room with the same accommodations that I originally reserved on the SPRINGHILL Suites side without any additional charge.
Close to Disney world and several restaurants
Room was very dingy looking and I paid for a late check out before arriving and was told I needed to leave at the regular time due to them not honoring late check outs this day because a large group was checking in
Instead of honoring the late check out they refunded the money I paid and said there was nothing they an do about it because they needed the room
It caused me and my son to be at the airport for 5 hours.
