Sauber, Basic Ausstattung aber reichte vollkommen aus

Die Beschreibung welche Tür man nehmen soll war etwas verwirrend weil beide Türen Bäumchen zu jeder Seite stehen hatten, habe da mindestens 10 Minuten rumprobiert mitten in der Nacht

Die Lage war gut, Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, auch zu Fuß .

Cons:

Bemühtes, aber überforderten Personal. Keine Informationen, alles musste man erfragen. Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Flecken an Vorhängen und der Bettamrandung. Nachttischlampe defekt. Frühstück war ok, aber beengtes Platzangebot. Die Krönung war der Parkplatz, Autos standen 2. Reihe und überall wo eine Lücke war. Ein Krampf von dort unbeschadet runter zu kommen.

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

I was having trouble to find correct door. Maybe some symbols/numbers would be nice for better orientation. Also we had trouble with the main door NFC on two phones, but at the end it worked fine.

Naja, zum Glück war die Matratze des Schlafsofas angenehmer.
Pros:

Neustadt hat mir gefallen. Das Zimmer war gross. Das Gebäude mit Innenhof ist sehr ansprechend. Das Zimmer gegen den Innenhof war ruhig. Die Dame an der Reception war sehr sympathisch und hat sich aufrichtig für das unangenehme Verhalten ihres Kollegen entschuldigt.

Cons:

Mein Tipp an alle: Wenn das Zugangssystem nicht funktioniert, dann den arroganten Mann mit seinen schnippischen und herablassenden Antworten sofort unterbrechen und nach der Karte verlangen. Anstatt 10x das Offensichtliche zu wiederholen, hätte er mir sofort das Angebot mit der Karte machen können. Das hätte mir viel Stress erspart. Und es stimmt übrigens auch nicht, wenn er Dir das Gefühl gibt, dass Du die erste Null bist, die es nicht reinschafft. Zum Zimmer: Minimalste Ausstattung, kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, harte Matratze, Zimmer wird nicht geputzt.
