Rude and insensitive staff ,no warmth and willingness to help/accomodate.
Pros:

Location and vintage look of the asset

Cons:

People were rude and it appeared that we were doing us a favor at every instance.
For eg we had major issues with food the first day as they did not cater to our allergies and vegetarian palet and always were In denial to accept and make things better consciously.Even the wifi had serious issues and they made no effort to accept or rectify it.
There was no gesture of warmth or trying to make up for their lack of sensitivity.
We would never recommend this place especially if you are willing to pay that much high you expect top quality hospitality.
Disappointed !

Una estadía mística, hermosa y memorable en la capital de los Highlands

El hotel es sencillamente hermoso, con un aire místico y casi ceremonial que convierte la estadía en una experiencia única, ideal como base para explorar los alrededores de Inverness. El servicio estuvo a la altura: desde el momento de nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir verdaderamente bienvenidos, con una atención cálida y atenta a los detalles.

Aunque se trata de un edificio antiguo, tanto la propiedad como sus jardines están cuidados con un esmero que se nota en cada rincón y caminar por ellos es un placer en sí mismo. Reservamos también para la cena, que disfrutamos plenamente, y nos quedamos con ganas de haber pasado más tiempo en el hotel. Sin duda volveríamos.

Cons:

El único comentario es que la calidad del internet podría ser mejor. Aparte de eso, fue una experiencia magnífica para nuestra familia.

Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes ( dont un enfant de 16 ans) une chambre double Premium. Le lit d’appoint, beaucoup trop petit,n’est absolument pas confortable, tout juste adapté à un enfant de 10 ans. Les 3 nuits ont été particulièrement difficiles pour notre fils.
La propreté de la chambre ( saleté sous les lits) était indigne d’un établissement 4 étoiles.
Enfin, quelle surprise de voir qu’il n’y avait qu’un rouleau de papier toilettes pour nous 3…

Emplacement, cadre magnifique, très bel hotel.

Cons:

La serveuse au petit déjeuner était extrêmement désagréable.
De plus une chasse d'eau fuyait et faisait un bruit très gênant

Lovely stay
Pros:

The location of this hotel is what makes it !!! Absolutely beautiful!
The staff were very professional. Great food selection and were very kind to kid/ fussy eater. Lovely breakfast also!

Cons:

Our room had no signal/ wifi. Difficult to get about with heavy bags lots of steps however expected with old building.
