Home2 Suites By Hilton Chicago McCormick Place

We loved our time at the Home2 Suites on McCormick. The location was perfect to travel around the city, with a calm, quiet and cosy atmosphere. The room was nice and big, and it was cleaned everyday which is perfect when you want to just get back and relax. The pool was perfectly clean, with access to fresh clean towels.
The staff at the lobby was super helpful and receptive whenever we needed something.
Most of all we would like to thank the staff at the dining hall; we received help from Chen, she was extremely kind and welcoming to us.

The hotel staff is very friendly, polite and professional. The hotel provides a very nice complementary breakfast which was varied from day to day. The staff in the breakfast area are better than most restaurants. They are very warm, friendly and helpful. Starting your day with pleasant smiles is a bonus.

In particular I’d like to commend Cathy, Shirley and Fu. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Home 2 Suites, we had two rooms there for a week and we were treated with kindness and warmth. I recommend this hotel for anyone.

Nice hotel, great location!

The atmosphere and hotel itself was very nice and I would stay here again. The breakfast staff was also very good especially Chen - she was so kind and sweet and always checking in on us to make sure if we needed anything. Very much appreciate her and the whole staff!

It is also a plus that the hotel provides free water bottles during our stays (especially, the tab water has non pleasant tastes). Please keep up of this good work.

Chen is a phenomenal server! She really brightened up my day when I went for breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from restaurants, train station and bay. Spacious and clean inside too.

Breakfast room is very comfortable. Good choices are plentiful and somewhat varied each day. Food was very good. Shirley is a great host in the breakfast room

Very nice hotel. The building is a combination of 3 Hilton brands, Hampton Inn, Home 2 Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. We stayed at the Home 2 Suites brand and the room was very spacious. We had a separate living room from the bedroom and mini well stocked kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean with daily service and it was also a quiet hotel which is a rare find these days.

The check in process was easy and location is perfect if attending anything at the McCormick Place as they have direct access to the convention center.
