The service from Chen and Bao during breakfast makes me come back to this hotel time after time. Chen and Bao do great job with breakfast and are so very friendly. They make my stay enjoyable each and every time. Huge assets to the hotel.
I struggled to checkin with my liquid business card but the receptionist was patient and eventually able to help solve the issue. Bao gave excellent customer service at breakfast and created an enjoyable morning experience.
Staff was very friendly. The lobby was beautiful.
The visitors who stayed here used terrible language; wore little to no clothing . Literally just underwear and see through tights or incredibly short dresses. I did not feel comfortable with my young daughters around other guests. Also witnessed a woman screaming and cursing at breakfast on the phone. Just very overwhelming.
Chen was our breakfast service person. She did a great job and was delightful to talk to!

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well organized, with a relaxed atmosphere that made the stay easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was a nice part of the experience, with good service and a pleasant start to the day. Bao was especially friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated her warm service.
Great Atmosphere powerful beds
Bao at the breakfast bar was so sweet and friendly. She made conversation with the guests and everyone knew her name. She checked up on how my stay was. It really made me feel at home.
Traveled for business and had a great stay - want to recognize BAO - she served breakfast with a smile and went above and beyond. Rooms are very clean and bed is comfortable
Breakfast was decent . Starbucks in lobby. Morning check-in staff was friendly. Location was great . It has a little of everything family , night life .
The check-in was chaotic. No parking. A lot behind the hotel uncovered for $50 day. The failure to disclose that it would be an Extra $275 charge/hold on credit card .
