The whole place is a vibe. Great staffs, nice setup, good choice of foods and the location is great
Nothing, great stay

Its location and heritage
Electric points needs upgrade
Lovely staff. Great housekeeping and wonderful food and restaurant staff were attentive and good service.
ROOMS! HORRIBLE. The walls are leaky and the floor was filled with water. had to call housekeeping to clean it. ALL ROOMS IN THE PROPERTY HAVE WATER SEEPAGE. PAINT IS CHIPPED AND WATER DROOLS DOWN WALLS. U CANNOT SWITCH OFF AC AT ALL. Hotel management covers it up stating HERITAGE BUILDING HENCE THE LEAKAGE. THERE IS MOULD FORMATION TOO ON WALLS. MOULDS ARE THE SOURCE OF VARIOUS DISEASES. SOME FATAL. IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD TO STAY IN THESE ROOMS. I HAD TO CHANGE 3 ROOMS IN A 2 DAY STAY. THE MGMNT IS UNWILLING TO GET THE PROPERTY RENOVATED OR REPAIRED. WHICH IS A GREATER ISSUE AT HAND.
Restaurant menu was extensive although breakfast was limited for non Indias which was most of the guests.
The restaurant only serves wine and beer. No spirits. The wine was not cold enough.
The drain in the bathroom omitted a putrid smell. The drain cover had several round balls to try and cover the odour however this made the room smell like a men’s public toilet which permeated into the bedroom and was nauseating and intolerable.
Communication direct with the hotel prior to arrival was difficult. Emails were not answered unless the call centre in Bangalore was contacted.
Hermosa construcción. Cómoda la habitación. Personal amable

No hard alcohol
Really beautiful hotel in the centre of Kochi. Nearby to shops, restaurants and a park. Plus the water metro and auto taxi stand. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were travelling with small children and they were happy to provide food for them when we needed it. They also had a cot for the room - the first place I’ve been in India that was like a normal travel cot. The pool is also lovely - especially have the small pool for children. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic stay from start to finish! By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in India. Stay at this hotel in Kochi! Service, pool, food, room amenities, location are all 5 star! The hotel is beautiful with top facilities tastefully decorated with a laid back luxury feel. The staff go out of their way to make your stay special. Special thanks to Jerin Joseph and his team for arranging a courier for a large handicraft purchase to the UK during my stay. He truly went out of his way to make this happen on a Sunday (non-working day) on my last day. Thank you for a fantastic stay, my only regret is that I didn’t stay in Kochi longer. I’ll be back soon.
Nothing!
Great location, beautiful, large rooms with stunning decor. Delightfully friendly and accommodating staff.
The pool was warmer than the outdoor shower.
