Fantastic location, wonderful interiors with fantastic decor and beautiful aromas throughout. Staff were all professional and friendly, stunning rooms, spacious and clean and we were given an upgrade to a larger room facing the city that was super quiet, fantastic rooftop with pool and bar with service from lovely staff ..perfect boutique style hotel would highly recommend a stay here

Hotel muy moderno y chic. Decoración sobria. Personal super amable (desde los chicos que ayudan con los autos y maletas hasta personal que atiende área de piscina y desayuno, pasando por recepción). La ubicación es formidable porque estás dentro del casco histórico y sobre malecón. Mantiene su privacidad a pesar de estar muy céntrico.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Perfect location, lovely staff nothing was too much or a bother, really helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was stunning and the rooftop bar and pool was the icing on the cake if the sun decides to pop its head out. I will definitely be returning

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff were all fantastic. Roof terrace and views were amazing. Room was a good size and double glazing actually worked so there was no noise from below. Breakfast was very good and you could have really what ever you wanted and served in the lounge which was beautiful and so peaceful and with great views out over the marina.

Cons:

Nothing. The weather was not great for our stay so we didn’t get to use the terrace as much as we would have liked.

Nothing, valet parking is fairly expensive at €42 per day but that was expected given the location

Absolutely loved San Sebastián and Lasala Plaza was the perfect place to stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was superb it was so easy to reach the restaurants and the beach all accessible by foot.
The hotel was a beautiful tranquil place, when we entered we were immediately met by wonderful friendly staff. Our room overlooked the marina it was truly blissful.
We will definitely return soon.

Nothing… all excellent.
