Pros:

The staff, environment, and facilities were excellent, making it a very pleasant and memorable experience.

Cons:

The toilet bidet and hand spray were not working properly. The towels provided were very old, yellowish, and appeared dirty. Towels should be clean, fresh, and suitable for guest use. We paid for our comfort and expect basic hygiene and proper facilities.

Nice stay in a good location in Ubud
Pros:

Standard hotel room with pretty much everything you need. Enjoyed the stay there, with amazing staff all around. Food was amazing at the restaurant and facilities were decent. It had a bit of everything and you would not be disappointed if you stay here.

Cons:

The only thing is the traffic in and around the area that the hotel is in, but obviously that is not their fault. Just be wary of this fact.

Bella struttura, pulita.
Giochi per i bambini, vaie proposte anche per adulti come yoga, passeggiate, palestra. Bella piscina.
Shuttle gratuito per il centro di Ubud.

Pros:

The variety of breakfast can satisfy any resident. The politeness of the stuff is something I’ll always remember. The security at the entrance to the facilities of the hotel is a plus.

Cons:

One of the rooms we booked, was with access to the pool which is just a waste of money as it offers nothing more than a 1 minute quicker way to get to the pool. Also, the rooms are quite basic for the money we spend: spacious, clean but nothing special.
