Really nice but nothing amazing
Pros:

It was okay?

I think for a big name and 5 star hotel, It could’ve been a bit better and we’ve stay at better? Maybe 5* for Ubud but definitely stayed at better

What I liked?
Food – Breakfast was included it was great! Big variety which different stations AND they even switched it up every few days which is nice because it’s not the same all the time
Activities – They had little small activities everyday like making drinks, different sport so it was nice to be involved with staff
Facilities – Didn’t utilise them all but had a spa, gym, children’s play area, pool so quite a few things going on
Convenient shuttle to go to monkey forest and town centre

Cons:

It just didn’t give the vibes of a 5*/Quite run down and could definitely need a paint life. Also I get the place is massive but having to walk to our room to the main lobby was long. They need to have another lift where the second half of the rooms are because it’s too tiring.
Cleanly wise in particular the bathroom was quite dusty in some areas
Some rooms had no signal whatsoever and the staff confirmed it was to do with the layout. I would say staff was helpful as they changed our rooms but if they had none available, it would’ve been a nightmare
I think for the price you pay, it could be better

Pros:

Very good breakfast spread. Check-in and check-out was very easy.

Cons:

We liked everything. Just one feedback is to add a few Indian dishes to their menu for elderly people who visit from India

Highly recommended due to the great guest service.
Cons:

That you must decide only at the check in what is the food and beverage budget, and that you can't add if you consume more than the budget allocated initially.
Aldo that if you end your budget, you have to pay for each meal, and not able to charge the room, to pay at check out. Last, the gym, has hardly towels, one treadmill was broken, and has not been fixed during my entire stay of 8 nights.

Hôtel exceptionnel, très propre et idéalement situé, proche de tout. Le personnel est extrêmement aimable, toujours disponible et nous a beaucoup aidés pendant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Cons:

Honnêtement, j’ai cherché un point négatif mais je n’en ai pas trouvé. Tout était parfait. Si vous hésitez entre plusieurs hôtels, c’est clairement celui que je vous recommande sans hésitation.
