Old World is calling
Pros:

Very authentic place with unique old world asthetic. Most unique stay I stayed in in Cambodia.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

A big spacious room & nice pool area. The hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Cons:

Certain parts of the floor in the room got wet after a shower outside of the bathroom.. not sure why? Would be nice if the toilet had a proper door for privacy.

Short-stay surprise
Pros:

Heartwarming staff who remember and always accommodating.
Great breakfast crew with house cat gracing the place.
Very classy backdated room with a touch of modern amenities.

Cons:

Being placed on the ground floor, but it's convenient with privacy still.
Old fashioned keylock which tests one's patience constantly.
Very sparse toiletries and room comfort. BYO please.
TV doesn't work.
Dimly lit shower area.

Pros:

If you’re planning on a very nice and relaxing stay in BTB with beautiful and spacious rooms, La villa was a great place for us to enjoy a nice quiet stay. The antique feel of the rooms and everything makes you feel transported through time, if you have a knack for older buildings and older infrastructures then this place will speak to you in a lot of ways.

Cons:

Not much to dislike at all, the property and staff were amazing, though the heavy rain did kind of seep through a bit into our room but that wasn’t their fault so yeah!

Merveilleux
Pros:

L hôtel est en fait une magnifique villa française rénovée il y a une vingtaine d années pour en faire un petit hôtel ou l on se sent comme invité chez des amis. Le personnel est très gentil. La piscine est très appréciable lors de fortes chaleurs. C est un havre de sérénité.

Old school Cambodian but very tired ….
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and accommodating at all times. Breakfast was amazing. Wonderful!

Cons:

Although oozing old Cambodian charm it was very tired. Would benefit from clean paintwork, washing of muslin window coverings, door locks precarious, bathroom basic, bath/shower leaked all over floor. Bed linen clean and room condition acceptable. Lunch pretty poor.

Location is great. Enjoyed night time stroll along the riverbank. Near great places to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice pool. Excellent staff that are very accommodating.

Cons:

The historical building has its pluses and minuses. The bathroom lacks the water pressures. Showering is a little difficult because there is no curtain and water splashes everywhere on the floor creating a slipping hazard.
