Pros:

Unbelievable location, superb staff, lovely room with a view, beer garden overlooking the estuary, what more could you want? Would definitely return!

This stay will prove very useful in the future
Pros:

The location of the hotel was outstanding with views over the firth. The room was very comfortable, noteably the bed; This hotel is also very convenient for onward travel, avoiding the centre of Inverness. the staff were very friendly and efficient.
Parking was on the street but as it is a cul de sac , no problems. The breakfast had a good selection with some unique cooked options. This is clearly a popular choice for an evening meal and deservedly so.

Cons:

The door is clearly marked reception, but then you are faced with a "staff only" door and the stairs, our host materialised on queue, by which time i was halfway up the stairs;

Pros:

Het personeel is fantastisch, lief, gastvrij en gezellig! Niets is ze teveel. Het hotel is een familiebedrijf en is oud maar de sfeer is daardoor warm en dat maakt eventuele onvolkomenheden meer dan goed.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets! De drank is prijzig maar dat weet je in Schotland!

Best service all round cosy hotel
Pros:

Lovely atmosphere. Old style hotel with modern facilities. Close to Inverness centre. Parking available on street. Staff were amazing. Service fantastic. Dinner and breakfast top notch.

Pros:

Mooie kamer op tuin uitkijkend. Beter geen kamer aan zeezicht, omdat de bar en het restaurant aan die zijde zitten en er rumoer van de vertrekkende gasten kan zijn. Aan de tuinzijde hoor je wel de ventilatie draaien. Maar dit valt best mee.
