Convenient location, but lacks basic accessibility features
Pros:

As a full-time wheelchair user, there were many reasons to be disappointed. The location was good. The size of the accessible room was good, although on the third floor down a long hallway. But for the money charged, it felt like accessibility was an afterthought. We booked knowing it was unlikely the shuttle to Red Rocks would accommodate a wheelchair, so we planned to drive. And I completely recognize that accessibility means different things to different people based on the physical limitations, but my stay was unpleasant for a variety of reasons.
First, the sliding barn door for the bathroom is a great concept, but a door stop was put in place that limited the doorway width, making it very difficult to maneuver through the door without moving my hands from the wheels. Once in the bathroom, the height of the vanity sink was too high to wash my hands. I was able to see only my forehead in the mirror. The bed was low, which is okay for transfers but the king--sized mattress had a sizable dip making it even lower and uncomfortable to sleep on and difficult to get out.
Lastly, the accessible parking was absolutely unacceptable. There are only two spots (not van accessible) in the front of the building by the entrance with automatic doors. If taken, which they inevitably were, there are several other accessible parking spots (also not van accessible) around back, which a sidewalk that leads to a gate instead of the hotel. A second sidewalk leads to stairs. A third route allows building access with a key and two sets of doors. Once inside, it's necessary to return to the front to access the elevator. It is amazing to me that there were no more accessible spots in the front of the hotel if that is the only way to access the elevator.
This is a hotel we will likely never stay at again due to the challenges we had and the money we paid for our one night. I was very thankful it was only one night. And I'm certain this will not be a loss for the hotel as it's obvious they don't value business from this demographic anyway. I've has better experiences at Comfort Inn or Hampton Inn with a significantly less expensive bill. If you are not a wheelchair user, I'm sure this would be a convenient and pleasant stay especially if you are attending a show.

A perfect stay for the evening!
Pros:

I love the location, and the full-length mirror, espresso in the room, large window, and nice clean white sheets.

Cons:

The only thing I would change is to have a bellman service to bring the luggage up, even if you charged extra for that service, people like me would pay extra for that for convenience. I would also pay extra just to have food/room service delivered.

Love the location
Cons:

The tv shut off and would not come back on.
The floors in bathroom and wood baseboards looked like they were chewed up.
Got two rooms the one we had was so so.
The one across hall had better flooring.

Needs some serious TLC
Pros:

Not great. Needs some TLC. Lots of very used furniture with chipped paint, filthy floors, loose/broken bedside lamp, broken hairdryer, loose kitchen sink faucet, dangling toilet paper roll….
Ate at their restaurant, giving it two out of three stars. I hate to complain, BUT for $700/night, they should do better.

Subpar for the price
Pros:

The selling point of this hotel was convenience and shuttle to red rocks. However the excessive costs plus the overpriced shuttle for old and creaky beds and limited amenities felt like a bait and switch.

Clean, modern, and fun with a great staff and the world's lumpiest pillows.
Pros:

Such a fantastic location if you're going to a show at Red Rocks — I was amazed at how close the amphitheater was. I stayed at the hotel for four nights in June, and overall my experience was very good. The staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient, the lobby bartender was great, and the overall feel of the hotel is modern and fun. The rooms are a little dated, but nothing significant, and mine was very clean. I will echo other reviewers that the mattress and pillows were pretty uncomfortable — lumpy and hard. It's too bad since everything else was good. I do wish there had been coffee in the lobby, but water is everywhere, and there is a cafe across the street. If you're looking for a good place to stay while visiting the Red Rocks/Golden area, I'd recommend the Origin!

Location to red rocks if you're going to drive is the best part
Pros:

Great staff at the front desk. They went above beyond to help order food for the restaurant to go to the concert because no one at the restaurant would answer the phone

Cons:

One elevator is broken the entire time. $500 a night is a little bit pricey or standard hotel room.
