We were told that the hotel was fully booked and that it was not possible to get a late checkout later than 12pm. The fact that the late checkout was not possible is not a problem, but the hotel was not fully booked. It is not pleasant to get fake information.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel very quiet and relaxing - we were surprised to see how many people were staying when we went down to breaksfast as we hadn't heard any other people when we were in our room. A great breakfast. with lots of choice. Room was very clean and spacious, and aircon was effective and quiet! Good location - short walk from the station.

Cons:

Sink in bathroom could not be filled with water as the pop-up plug didn't work. We were told this was deliberate to stop accidents with overflowing water, but it was a nuisance. They should have installed sinks with an overflow escape hole!
