Location is good cleanliness and service did not meet our expectations.
Pros:

The Location is direct on the beach, and very close to the boardwalk. Many restaurants were within walking distance. There is a lot of entertainment for all ages.

Cons:

After four days we had the first cleaning in our room, after complaining about it. the first 3 days I had to get to the reception to get fresh towels. The bathroom door was very dirty and sticky. The tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned between guests. The furniture is pretty worn out
