Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Man befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt und kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Hotel bietet einen günstigen und guten Wäscheservice. Zusätzlich befindet sich direkt um die Ecke ein weiterer Laundry-Service.

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist zwar nicht mehr die neueste, aber alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher jeden Tag gewechselt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top.

Ein kleiner Hinweis: Ab etwa 8 Uhr morgens kann es in den Zimmern zur Straßenseite etwas lauter werden. Wir hatten jedoch ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, und dort war es mucksmäuschenstill. Wir konnten wunderbar schlafen.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr hilfsbereit und unglaublich freundlich. Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich besonders macht, sind Stewie und Mae.

Die beiden sind wirklich wunderbare Menschen. Durch sie merkt man erst, wie herzlich und aufmerksam die Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel sind. Sie haben immer ein offenes Ohr, sind jederzeit hilfsbereit und bieten bei jedem Anliegen schnell Unterstützung an. Man fühlt sich bei ihnen einfach gut aufgehoben.

Wir wünschen Stewie und Mae für die Zukunft von Herzen alles Gute und möchten uns ganz herzlich für ihre Freundlichkeit und Unterstützung bedanken.

Für uns eine absolute Hotelempfehlung! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

窓のない部屋だったのが残念でした。またテレビが壊れていて見えなかったのも残念でしたが、ホテルの方は大変よくいろいろサポートして下さりとても良かったです。

Perfect location and the staff were even better! Such a lovely, welcoming, and hospitable team. Great location and the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. We were worried it might be loud at night on the street side but we slept great. Amazing value for price!!

Pros:

This place is the best hotel I’ve stayed in in vietnam in 4 weeks. Beds super comfy, got a free upgrade, balcony nice, air con, shower pressure and hot water great and the staff are super nice and really helpful with recommendations. Location amazing for nearby food. Really would recommend!
