Recommended Hotel very polite stuff and helpful
Pros:

I really enjoyed staying at Antique Angel Hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was also very convenient, which made the stay even better

Highly recommend recommended to all future travelers
Pros:

Mint and Stewie on reception we're both sensational with a genuine interest to answer my questions and give me directions. I am 86 and I've travelled the world and the Antique Angel hotel is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever experienced. Little things by a free upgrade to a room of the balcony, being given bananas etc and Stewie helping me find my iPhone when I lost it. All in all a memorable experience.

Excellent Location & Amazing Service
Pros:

This Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, with everything within walking distance.

A special thanks to Mint at the reception for her warm hospitality and helpful recommendations. She assisted us with our tickets to Ninh Binh and suggested great places to visit, eat, and enjoy coffee nearby.

Highly recommend this hotel for its great location and outstanding staff!

Highly recommend as a perfect stay right in the heart of the old quarter
Pros:

Excellent location- everything is a short walk away. Lovely views from the balcony. The staff and family make you feel so special and like a part of the family - so friendly and helpful in organizing everything you need. air conditioning is perfect and the beds are so comfortable- nice hot showers with really good water pressure, plenty of bottled water is provided for your comfort. We had the lovely staff organize a lot of our tours and it was so perfect. Highly recommend to stay here - it is perfect.

Pros:

Lo staff della reception, gentilissimi sia Mint che Stewie(spero non aver sbagliato i nomi). Mi hanno organizzato i tour dei primi giorni (molto belli, soprattutto quello a Ninh Binh ) e si sono prodigati sempre a chiedermi come fosse andata.
Stanza grande e comoda.
Molto apprezzata la lista con ristoranti e attrazioni da conoscere che ti preparano in reception.
Hotel consigliato.
Grazie mille.

Cons:

Acqua della doccia non caldissima.
Posizione un po’ caotica.
Cosa minore, la carta magnetica ha smesso di funzionare il secondo giorno e quindi ho dovuto fare qualche ritorno in reception. Alla fine comunque hanno trovato una soluzione dandomi una carta sostitutiva.

A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, a nyüzsgő belvárosi utcácskákban minden megtalálható sétatávra. A szoba tágas, kényelmes, az erkélye utcafronti, de a zaj bent nem hallatszik. Az ágy hatalmas, a párna kényelmes, a fürdőszoba tökéletes, van vízforraló, kávé, tea, víz. A recepción szuper kedves és segítőkész emberek dolgoznak, akikre mindenben lehet számítani, pl. programok szervezése, jó éttermek, pénzváltóhelyek ajánlása. Nagyon köszönjük a sok segítséget, amit tőlük kaptunk, bármikor szívesen visszamennénk.

Old Quarter hotel with a great staff and location
Pros:

Like our Sa Pa hotel, I didn't set much expectation. But this one is a great find! The rooms were very clean and comfy, the location is great, and the staff was soooo friendly and helpful. The WIFI is also awesome, didn't have problems doing my remote work. What made this stay unforgettable is Stewie helping us find an extra luggage for our stuff. It was late in the evening but luckily the night market was still open. He put the location in the Google Map and we found a nice luggage quickly! We will definitely stay here again! This hotel is highly recommended!
