Antique Angel Hotel

Excellent location- everything is a short walk away. Lovely views from the balcony. The staff and family make you feel so special and like a part of the family - so friendly and helpful in organizing everything you need. air conditioning is perfect and the beds are so comfortable- nice hot showers with really good water pressure, plenty of bottled water is provided for your comfort. We had the lovely staff organize a lot of our tours and it was so perfect. Highly recommend to stay here - it is perfect.

Lo staff della reception, gentilissimi sia Mint che Stewie(spero non aver sbagliato i nomi). Mi hanno organizzato i tour dei primi giorni (molto belli, soprattutto quello a Ninh Binh ) e si sono prodigati sempre a chiedermi come fosse andata.
Stanza grande e comoda.
Molto apprezzata la lista con ristoranti e attrazioni da conoscere che ti preparano in reception.
Hotel consigliato.

A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, a nyüzsgő belvárosi utcácskákban minden megtalálható sétatávra. A szoba tágas, kényelmes, az erkélye utcafronti, de a zaj bent nem hallatszik. Az ágy hatalmas, a párna kényelmes, a fürdőszoba tökéletes, van vízforraló, kávé, tea, víz. A recepción szuper kedves és segítőkész emberek dolgoznak, akikre mindenben lehet számítani, pl. programok szervezése, jó éttermek, pénzváltóhelyek ajánlása. Nagyon köszönjük a sok segítséget, amit tőlük kaptunk, bármikor szívesen visszamennénk.

Like our Sa Pa hotel, I didn't set much expectation. But this one is a great find! The rooms were very clean and comfy, the location is great, and the staff was soooo friendly and helpful. The WIFI is also awesome, didn't have problems doing my remote work. What made this stay unforgettable is Stewie helping us find an extra luggage for our stuff. It was late in the evening but luckily the night market was still open. He put the location in the Google Map and we found a nice luggage quickly! We will definitely stay here again! This hotel is highly recommended!

Staff, location, clean

The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were super friendly and kindly stored our bags for a few days while we were out of town. Great location being in the old quarter but not too busy either.

Struttura in ottima posizione, camere accoglienti pulite e ben ristrutturate, personale gentilissimo che ci ha accolti a braccia aperte e fornito ottimi consigli con una lista dei locali consigliati e dei posti da vedere, ci hanno offerto un ottimo deposito bagagli senza fretta per il ritiro e possibilità di utilizzare i servizi igienici al ritiro!

El personal era muy atentos, siempre asegurándose de que estábamos cómodos y dándonos todo tipo de facilidad. Reservamos a través de ellos un excursión de 1 día a Ha Long Bay y por la subida del precio de la gasolina los que ofrecían el tour pidieron un extra fee; el hotel asumió parte de esa subida. Además, pudimos dejar las maletas después de hacer el check-out casi el día entero, permitiéndonos también ir al baño y regalándonos una botella de agua fría antes de irnos por el calor. Además, nuestro próximo destino era el Hi Giang Loop y en caso de volver a Hanoi, nos ofrecieron guardar nuestras maletas hasta la vuelta.
Especial mención al recepcionista de la tarde/noche, con quien más trato tuvimos y quien hizo que nuestra experiencia fuese más gratificante.
