Grundsätzlich ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Der wunderschöne, lange Sandstrand und die schöne Lage haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein gutes Restaurant und ein Café. Das Personal im Restaurant war immer sehr lieb und aufmerksam. Auch das Housekeeping war grundsätzlich freundlich. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Hotelmanager, der sich schnell um angesprochene Probleme kümmert.

Cons:

Leider lässt die Zuverlässigkeit des Housekeepings zu wünschen übrig. Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt, Tassen teilweise tagelang nicht gespült und Seife während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht einmal aufgefüllt. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer, und erst ab dem zweiten Tag wurde dagegen gesprüht. Die Zimmer vorne an der Mauer würden wir nicht empfehlen, wenn man Wert auf Privatsphäre legt. Obwohl der Bereich wie ein privater Außenbereich wirkt, laufen ständig Leute hindurch, die eine Abkürzung nehmen. Am ersten Tag kamen sogar Strandverkäufer über die Mauer und sprachen uns in diesem vermeintlich privaten Bereich an. Auch am Strand sind die Verkäufer teilweise sehr hartnäckig und sprechen einen immer wieder an. Zudem fanden wir die Wäschepreise mit 40 US-Dollar sehr teuer.

Мы прекрасно провели время в этом отеле! Просторные апартаменты с потрясающим видом на океан, всегда чистый бассейн и ежедневная уборка сделали отдых по-настоящему комфортным.
Персонал очень приветливый, гостеприимный и всегда готов помочь. Пляж чистый, без морских ежей, поэтому можно спокойно купаться и ходить босиком.
Очень вкусные завтраки, обеды и ужины. Это один из наших любимых отелей на Занзибаре. Обязательно вернёмся снова!
