Fantastic! An absolutely wonderful experience.
Pros:

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at Domo20! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. The reception staff were always smiling, friendly and very helpful.

Imma, the owner, is such a lovely person, kind, attentive and always available to help. She gave me wonderful recommendations, including places to visit in Positano, which I absolutely loved!

The rooftop is beautiful and charming, the food was excellent, and the staff there were amazing. My room was spotless, bright, beautiful and very well organized. Even the housekeeping staff were always smiling and friendly.

What impressed me most was the atmosphere: everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there, always smiling and making me feel completely at home. As a solo traveler, this made my experience even more special.

Everything was simply impeccable. I will definitely recommend Domo20 to others and I would absolutely stay here again. I fell in love with Italy, and this hotel was a beautiful part of my experience. ❤️🇮🇹

A little gem we’ll never forget ❤️
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here. This hotel is such a quiet, peaceful gem tucked away in the middle of a busy town — the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle and simply relax.
The rooftop bar and jacuzzi were a particular highlight. There is something so lovely about spending a few hours up there, taking in the surroundings, enjoying a drink and completely unwinding. It really felt like our own little haven.
But what made our stay truly special was the wonderful hotel manager. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and his warm, friendly personality made such an impression on us. We especially loved the banter between him and my husband — the two of them had us laughing constantly! Those little moments are what make a stay memorable, and we’ll genuinely remember them for a long time.
The hotel has such a lovely atmosphere, but it’s the people that give it its heart. We felt so welcomed, relaxed and looked after from the moment we arrived.
We honestly couldn’t recommend this beautiful little gem highly enough. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, welcoming and a little bit special, this is the place. We loved our stay and would happily return in a heartbeat.

Cons:

Was a hilly walk to and from the hotel to the town/train station but on a positive side it was a good work out for the legs. Would recommend flat shoes.

Un'esperienza perfetta: vista incantevole, camere impeccabili e un'accoglienza calorosa

Esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni profilo. La struttura vanta una terrazza panoramica straordinaria, perfetta per ammirare un tramonto unico su Vico Equense e sul Golfo di Napoli.
La colazione si è rivelata eccellente per assortimento e freschezza dei prodotti, offrendo un'ottima selezione sia dolce che salata. La stessa attenzione alla qualità si ritrova nella ristorazione serale, raffinata e curata nei dettagli.
Le camere sono impeccabili: ampie, silenziose e dotate di letti comodissimi, con una pulizia quotidiana perfetta
A rendere il soggiorno speciale è stato lo staff: persone autenticamente gentili, premurose e sempre pronte ad assisterci con un sorriso e consigli preziosi per godersi al meglio il territorio.

Soms deed iets het niet, zoals een douche en een pasje voor hotelkamer. En iemand kreeg verkeerde pasje en liep bij een bezette kamer naar binnen, dat was ook erg slordig.

Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Excellent restaurant and pool was nice and cool looking over Vesuvius. Maddalena from reception was fantastic.

Walk was hassle but once you got inside the hotel it was lovely and cool.
