Il fascino della costa sorrentina
Pros:

Struttura moderna e confortevole. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Ottima colazione. Personale molto disponibile.

Cons:

Avrei preferito essere preavvertito della difficoltà di arrivare in auto alla struttura. Prima d'impostare il navigatore verificare di non imboccare via Bonea. È una strada strettissima soprattutto per auto di media e alta cilindrata.

Struttura stupenda
Pros:

Se è la seconda volta che torniamo in questo posto un motivo ci sarà! Camere molto belle, anche quelle con finestra e vista mare. Presente ogni tipo di comodità. Personale cordiale e disponibile, rooftop per colazione/pranzo e il resto davvero bellissimo. Colazione varia e ricca. Posizione comoda, praticamente al centro del corso principale di Vico.

Pros:

Wir sind rundum sehr zufrieden. Tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit phantastischem Blick auf den Golf von Neapel und den Vesuv. Sehr gutes, schön eingerichtetes Rooftop-Restaurant mit hervorragendem Frühstück. Sehr freundlicher, guter Service.

Auf der Rooftopbar hatte man eine super Aussicht auf Neapel, den Vesuv und das Meer.
Das Hotel war gut gelegen auf einem Hügel und zu Fuss war man schnell im Städtchen.

Cons:

Sauberkeit! Ich hatte Blut am Bettlacken! Orangensaft auf dem Nachttisch und Boden. Die Toilette wurde benutzt hinterlassen (Geschäft in der Schüssel gelassen) das Wasser aus dem Hahn war sandig…. Das Duschwasser, war nach 8.30 nur noch minim lauwarm. Die Zimmertüren konnte man mit einem Ruck von aussen öffnen…
Wir mussten im Hotel eigenem Restaurant einen Preis bezahlen, damit wir essen durften. Wenn ich das in einem Restaurant draussen mache, völlig oke aber im eigenen Hotel? Noch nie erlebt. Den Orangensaft zum Frühstück musste man extra bezahlen, am 3. Tag gabs keinen mehr. Für einen kleinen Hund bezahlt man 30Euro pro Nacht…. Die Rückerstattung des Depots dauerte einen Monat. Der Whirlpool auf dem Dach ist kalt… kann nicht beheizt werden. Also eigentlich ist es kein Whirlpool. Als wir ein Bruschetta im Hotelrestaurant bestellten war da Speck drauf. Wir baten eins zu kriegen ohne, würden auch mehr bezahlen. Wir bekamen das selbe Brot wieder wo nur der Speck manuell entfernt wurde. Werden schlechte Kommentare gelöscht? Verstehe so viele gute wirklich nicht…

Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Le service et la cuisine se complique seulement la vie à faire et apporter beaucoup de choses à la minute mais c´était très bon. Les 2 personnes au service était très gentil.
La vue était superbe
la personne au check in était très serviable

Cons:

le jaccuzzi était froid. Sur le site il était indiqué pas accessible en hiver car le restaurant doit être fermé. J´aurais seulement voulu le savoir avant car je suis monté en maillot pour l´utiliser.

Pros:

La signora Imma è stata davvero una "gran padrona" di casa. Ci ha accolto e fatto sentire subito a casa. Davvero complimenti per cura che ha degli ospiti. La colazione è di ottima qualità con tanti prodotti da poter scegliere alla carta.
