Clean and spacious room in good location near the cathedral and walking distance to ferry.

Cons:

The entry into the hotel is very confusing. We had to call the hotel and enter through a small door into a courtyard. Not sure if this is due to construction or for security. There is also a large staircase to the lobby which meant we had to leave our luggage at the bottom. We also could not take our taxi directly to the hotel and had to walk a fair distance with our luggage as the street is very busy and crowded with people.

Misleading - You Book the Hotel, You Stay Somewhere Else
Cons:

Nothing like a 4-star hotel—this felt more like a basic 2-star Airbnb and was very different from the description. There is indeed a nice hotel, but after checking in at the reception, I was told to follow a staff member who led me through a dark alley to a completely separate, ordinary residential building where my room was located. The room had no connection whatsoever to the hotel itself.

I never saw the reception again during my stay. As I was travelling alone with my daughters, the location did not feel safe, especially at night. For the price I paid, I expected a genuine 4-star hotel experience, not a basic room in a mediocre building.

The room itself was clean, big enough but no sun light, quite dark, and with a low ceiling which made it feel a bit claustrophobic.

I don’t like to write bad reviews in general, but as it felt like a scam to me, I feel like I have to share my experience.

It’s like they are using one hotel to make people stay in rooms in different locations in the city which are not really part of the hotel and are more like rooms in random buldings around the hotel. They call it « the Spanish quarters » so basically before you book make sure in what building exactly is located your room.

Of course needless to say that the staff was not helpful.

Nice bed with comfertable matress,nice bathroom with big shower

Cons:

So far for Naples for our first experiance wad perfect,
Just night shift reception couldn't speak English then if you need to comunicate you need to wait for during the day reception.
Sarah front desk,she is amazing person and very welcoming and she did alot help during our stay.

Brilliant, great location.
Pros:

Great location and room. Very safe and great staff that were always available.

Cons:

It was a little hard to find at first- once you knew where it was, no problem at all. If travelling by car, make sure you sort out parking prior to arriving as there is no parking on premise.
