Excellent central location, right opposite the entrance of the Galleria on Via Toledo. It is an ideal base for exploring Naples, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

While the central location is a major advantage, it also comes with some drawbacks. As Via Toledo is a pedestrian street, there is no direct taxi access, and guests need to walk through the Galleria to reach the hotel. The area can also be a little noisy due to its central location. In addition, there are several stairs leading to the reception area, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage.

Estar na Via Toledo em frente à Galeria é um sonho. Napoli aos seus pés! Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e disponíveis.

Cons:

Sinto falta do café da manhã no hotel que não estava disponível quando estive la. Embora haja ótimos cafés muito perto do Hotel.

Shame on booking.com for not doing their homework the photo on website does not match what you get, Caruso place has only four rooms I was not location is very challenging to find poor signage

מיקום מצוין, נמצא במדרחוב המרכזי של העיר, החדר גדול ומרווח, הריהוט במצב טוב מאוד, המיטה נוחה, חדר המקלחת במצב מצוין, הכל נראה כמו חדש, מרווח ונוח מאוד, ניקיון החדר נעשה על בסיס יומי כולל החלפת מגבות. הנציגים בקבלה עונים ועוזרים במהירות באמצעות צ'ט בווטסאפ, כולל הכוונה לנהג המונית שהביא אותנו משדה התעופה היכן להוריד אותנו, סיעו בהזמנת מונית חזרה לשדה התעופה.

החדר ששהינו בו היה עם חלון לחצר הפנימית של המבנה, מה שלא נתן הרגשה שהחדר פתוח החוצה. הייתה חסרה לנו ארוחת הבוקר במקום. המחיר ששילמנו היי גבוה ביחס לתמורה להרגשתנו.

Beautiful room in the heart of Naples, great for city exploring.
Pros:

We loved staying here while visiting Naples! The room was beautiful, location was perfect for city exploring, and staff was very helpful. We did not know this location was the perfect spot to stay for exploring the new city and old city. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

This room overlooks the mall below. At times there was a lot of noise coming from the mall while large crowds walked through and morning cleaning. While this was a minor inconvenience, we absolutely loved it here and would definitely stay again.
