天童駅から近くて便利
Pros:

朝食を和食か洋食を選べるところです。ホテルを出てすぐのところにコンビニがある。

Cons:

朝食を和食にしたけどコーヒー飲みたかったです。係の人に聞いてみれぱよかったかなって？
フロントのおじさんの加齢臭がちょと気になりました。

Tendo is a gem of Japanese small town life
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my passport and other stuff (in a draw) and they couriered it straight away to my next hotel.

Cons:

Lift is a little slow, would prefer a room safe.

ベッドの大きさ、部屋の広さ、地方都市というロケーションから考えると、割高であった。
Pros:

スタッフの対応は悪くなかった。

Cons:

客室の時計のAMとPMが逆転していて、直そうとしたが固定されていて、直せなかった。したがって、アラームをAM 7:00に設定したが鳴らずに、時計はPM 7:00を表示していた。また、２万円超の宿泊費でダブルベッドを予約したが、ベッドは小さかった。
