Pros:

Pleasant staff, however not being able to speak Spanish had difficulty in understanding some scenarios. The place was very clean but a little on the small side however all attributes of our stay were positive. With only breakfast booked some days we had to seek the local restaurants which all seemed to produce the same tasting meals. Staff were very friendly and all in all I think we would return again. Primarily very handy for the beach and local shops. Having been to Guardamar several times.

Pros:

Great location for bars good restaurants and shops and only a short walk to the beach ⛱️

Cons:

No shutters onThe windows so no fresh air at night and as I have asthma and copd ( ipoc) in Spanish this was a bit uncomfortable for me.

Cheap and cheerful
Pros:

The location was great. Close to everything I needed. Room was a good size. Staff were friendly when you saw them

Cons:

Bed sheets only changed once during my 10 day stay. Room that it showed on the website for my booking was one at the front of the hotel which had been refurbished but the room i was in was on the side of the hotel and needed refurbishing.
