I would not stay here agin!
Pros:

I likes that it was close to the cruise port and I liked the price.

Cons:

I didn’t like all the people smoking marijuana on the balcony’s and it made the rooms smell terrible. I also didn’t like how who ever was in the room could see you through the glazed glass shower. The tv didnt work, but they fixed that problem. We had to change room 3 times time we checked in to get a room that had working A/c. The location is great! The workers are nice, but this place need a good maintenance team.

ESTADIA ACEPTABLE
Pros:

La ubicacion es buena, nos quedamos solo una noche por lo que considero que no esta mal para pasar pocos dias.

Cons:

No incluye desayuno, despues de pedirlo dos veces nos dieron un cupón para canjearlo por 2 desayunos gratis (cosa que no especifican en el anuncio), eramos 4 personas asi que tuvimos que gastar en algo que no teniamos planificado..

The property was nice

Cons:

The room we was in 722 floor was leaking the rug stayed wet we spoke to someone they said they would come look at the room come to find out the morning of check out we get a knock at the door it’s maintenance asking to see the room when we was told the day before that they came to see the room! But never did! We asked for an extra night to accommodate our stay because our clothes and luggage got messed up and they told us know they couldn’t do it. That sucks over all a nice hotel but higher up is mess and don’t care about us at all

Pros:

I like the pool I loved the restaurant at end of street ate there back to back was delicious! It was peaceful & quite close to airport! Day one we uber most things was less than 20 min ride & when we got rental everything we did was no longer than 25 min drive! The resturant on site is also great! Friendly staff clean establishment! Also nice & quite loved the balcony 👌

Very eventful.

Staff was great at the reception desk, middle aged black male manager very accommodating.

I called many times and went to voicemail on the night of my arrival. Also as I told the manager no one answered
My messages that were sent through
booking.com for the hotel. Some were days before my stay. When I arrived front desk reception was in the restaurant area and said I will be with you shortly.
Probably 8:30 pm. I ended up renting a car ...on booking said airport shuttle... but since no one answered the front desk phone on multiple tries I had to rent car. Showed up to find out $20 something to park in lot. Gps put me down the street at 711. I entered there to ask clerk where the Maritime was... I was tired from international flight and then... when I enter 711 the black clerk is on the phone with police telling them a white guy is outside and said he was going to kill everyone in the store. I look to the outside front doors and the devil himself is looking in. I think oh my god this is not how My evening was supposed to go. Thank god two police trucks arrives within minutes and my evening could continue uneventful. Then I got caught between floors in the elevator. But it worked again after five minutes.

Shuttle 35 minutes late for our flight and we had to get an Uber. On Tuesday breakfast closed an hour earlier an Wednesday no breakfast at all because of "low occupancy" even though we paid.... and good luck trying to get your room deposit back if you paid via booking.com

ubicacion buena
la atencion en repcion muy buena, siempres atento para ayudarnos, aunque no nos entendieramos fluidamente en el idioma
muy tranquilo el lugar

Cons:

el baño no era privado, nosotros somos 4 adultos, eran mis hijos de 25 y 27 años, tambien mi marido, toallas x2
desayuno no nos entendiamos con el idioma, pero el hotel ofrecia personas para entendernos, pero la señorita del servicio del desayuno traia lo que le parecia
