Me and my husband came for 1 night just a quick getaway and we loveddddd everything breakfast was not included but it was amazing do good did not mind paying!! Everything was amazing

Was given room to check in with and there was already people in there! This happened twice - major security problem!
They charge 20bucks to park your own car !
Only 1 lift was working

I didn’t have hot water for 3 days and when they said I would be compensated nothing happened.
They charged the wrong credit card and after my company and I both called to request they fix there mistake.
They did nothing leaving me to deal with the bank.

This hotel was newly renovated, rooms are very cozy, you feel that you are on a cruise when you walk the corridors, I love the balconies in every room, being close to a marina gives you the feeling that you are close to the sea!
Employees like Adrian Thomas make you feel at home!
The lobby gives you a feeling that you are in a sailing boat! and the bar is super nice!!

We had a wonderful experience from check-in, our beautiful room, food, shuttle service to the airport. Thank you Marquise for going the extra mile. Appreciate Steve’s customer service at the bar and (only female) shuttle driver for such a great attitude so early in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and beautifully decorated and the chicken wings are amazing. Thank you all!
