الموظفين رائعين وودودين بالاخص هشام ومحي الدين وفله ومكان الافطار نهيله
تم ترقية الغرفه الى شقه صغيره
الافطار متنوع
مدة اقامتي يومان تم التمديد الى يومان اخران
انصح الاقامه فيه بإذن الله ارجع اسكن فيه مرة ثانيه

Be ware of the hidden extra charges and the rooms are damaged they will charge you. No cleaning products, laundry or dishwashing liquid not even a cloth to wipe down a table. When you ask thy say they don’t supply. Go buy and that’s another 100euro. The breakfast buffet is shocking we stopped going they have no space for anyone to sit and the small area only serves soggy eggs and cheese.

The baggage guy put our luggage somewhere and we had to grab then ourselves because he wasn’t tipped.
Yes there is a kettle but no tea or coffee no Milk no salt or pepper only an empty shaker asked many times but not attended to.

When asked we told to buy ourselves.

Do not book here no matter how positive you hear it is. It’s not a 5 star Noo way.
2.5- 3 at the most.

Also at night the lady boys, prostitutes and erotic shops open. The barely dressed women escorts is disgusting. Not family friendly.

Some things mentioned in facilities were nit available and when asked we were told to purchase ourselves. Tea coffee sugar milk washing powder dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder. No dish cloth or soap.
