الموقع سعة المكان الطاقم تنوع الافطار
لم يكن الحجز واضح كنت اريد غرفتين وصالة لكن تفاجأت انها غرفتين منفصلة تم تعديله من قبل الاستقبال في الفندق رغم اني أكدت في طلب الحجز ذلك وطلب مني مبلغ اضافي للتعديل لكن تعاون الفندق واحترافيتهم وفرو لي طلبي بدون اي مبلغ اضافي

I've been staying at this hotel long-term, and over time it has truly become my home away from home. What makes it so special isn't just the facilities—it's the people.
The staff consistently go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after. Yvonne and Rodalyn are always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, and they make every day a little easier. A special mention must go to Shahid, who has been exceptional throughout my stay. His willingness to help with anything, no matter how small, are greatly appreciated.
The entire team creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is difficult to find. When you're away from home for an extended period, those small acts of kindness make a huge difference, and this hotel delivers them every day.
I know there are many other staff members who have also made my stay so enjoyable, and I apologise that I can't remember everyone's names. Please know that your kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles have not gone unnoticed.
Thank you to the entire team for making this more than just a place to stay—it has truly become my home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and genuine service.

Superb location as its central ,Gate mall is just at few steps . Beautiful ambience and very good staffs.
Rooms are not maintained well. Although we got complimentary upgrade from room to an apartment but was not happy as I was expecting it be a better class. But what I found much slower service and broken drawers and broken shower door in bathroom.

كانت لدي مشكله بسيطه ولم يتم حلها والحل بسيط وخدمه الموظفين في الاستقبال يريدون المساعده ولكن السوبر فايزر رفض وهو سيء في تعامل ولا يجيد فن تعامل معى الزوار وهذا يعطي ضعف للفندق بحكم فندق 5 نجوم وفخم ، أتمنى من الإخوه العزاء لفت نظر إلى المسؤال سوبر فايزر في هذا اليوم ، علماً باني واحد من الزباين الذين يعتون دائما في هذا الفندق العريق ..

دورات المياه صغيره وضيقة مقارنة بمستوى و مساحة الغرفة .
Stayed at the Wyndham for several months. The service for guests is exceptional. Mr. Shahid, the concierge supervisor, is extremely helpful and the service provided at the hotel is excellent.
The hotel, location and the breakfast are very good.
The staffs are very kindly and helpful.
