Pros:

Le cadre, la vue depuis la terrasse et la piscine, le spa récent particulièrement beau et bien équipé, la qualité des plats du restaurant pour des prix raisonnables la tranquillité des lieux

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner manquait de choix et de qualité, par la beauté des bâtiments et équipements et restauration du midi et soir aurait mérité d'être sur un 4 etoiles. En revanche étonnés du personnel féminin retrouvé aussi bien aux prestations soins du corps et visage du spa qu'au services du peti déjeuner et restauration

Kannten die Gegend und das Hotel, gefällt uns im Piemont. Kommen auch wieder.
Pros:

Alles in Ordnung, sind schon das dritte mal hier, wegen der Infrastruktur. Aircondition war sicher auch Ausschlag gebend. Sehr gute Restaurants in Moncalvo, sehr zu empfehlen. Italianita geniessen,

Cons:

Der zweite Fernseher war defekt, aber es wurde nichts unternommen, obwohl wir dreimal an der Reception waren. Nicht üblich, in der Schweiz hätten wir reagiert. Wir sind ehemalige Hoteliers. Wir bezahlten für eine Junior Suite und nicht wenig.

La struttura è veramente di livello eccellente, un tre stelle che potrebbe tranquillamente essere quattro. Pulizia impeccabile, tutti i dettagli in camera perfetti, hotel di grande charme curatissimo in ogni minimo angolo, ristorante incantevole e con piatti gourmet appetitosi e stuzzicanti. Spa meravigliosa e rilassante. Solo complimenti alla gestione, abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni di sogno in un angolo di paradiso. Unico appunto il dettaglio dei lettini nella spa, che spiego nello spazio successivo.

Cons:

Non ho veramente nulla da criticare se non un suggerimento per chi gestisce il wellness: molti clienti sono probabilmente convinti che l'angolo con i lettini riscaldati sia occupabile a tempo indefinito; , vi appoggiano borse e asciugamani per poi allontanarsi lasciandoli in definitiva non utilizzabili da parte di altri, anche per ore. Un giorno non li abbiamo potuti usare per niente perchè dalle 16 alle 19 quattro persone ne avevano preso possesso lasciandoci sopra le loro cose quando si allontanavano, o restando sdraiati per delle mezz'ore. Converrebbe mettere un cartello che indichi chiaramente che quei lettini sono un'area wellness da lasciare a disposizione di tutti, e occupare solo per il tempo necessario, al pari della sauna o della piscina.
