This property does not feature a reception desk and offers self-check-in only.

Weekly housekeeping service and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays.

If you book an apartment for one more guest than the number of fixed beds, a fold-out extra bed will be provided.

The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older.

Bookings are subject to individual assessment.

The apartment is in a good location and is spacious enough. It’s the kind of accommodation that is just okay - not bad, but not welcoming either. You can survive there and overlook some of the downsides, but it is simply not worth the price.

Cons:

Multiple issues made our stay less comfortable and welcoming:
• The apartment was not properly vacuumed, the hairdryer was dusty, the bathroom drawers were not properly cleaned, and the bathroom towels had stains on them. It simply did not feel ready for new guests.
• Only the bare minimum was provided in the bathroom (shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper), meaning no hair products or slippers. In the kitchen, no kitchen towels or napkins were provided at all. We also had to ask for basic supplies like trash bags and dishwasher tablets as there were none in the apartment.
• We were only two adults, yet the sofa had been unnecessarily made up as a bed. Additionally, the TV cables were attached to the wall using an improvisation that looked unprofessional.
• The plates were still in the dishwasher when we arrived, and we had to put them away. The kitchen badly needs extra items for guests who actually want to cook rather than just prepare a sandwich; the frying pan was scratched and unusable. Worst of all, the cutlery drawer was located right next to the trash bin, which is completely unacceptable.
• There were no water bottles or any kind of welcoming gifts (sweets, city guides, etc.).

Asunto oli hyvin entisöity ja viehättävä. Asunnon lähellä oli kahviloita ja ravintoloita. Keskustaan voi kävellä, mennä bussilla tai raitiovaunulla.

Cons:

Wc-/suihku huoneen ovi olisi voinut olla tiiviimpi.

Prima appartement
Pros:

Appartement was heerlijk rustig, alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig, bakker zat om de hoek, genoeg winkels en eet gelegenheden in de buurt, bus / tram was heel goed te doen met de Ruter app.

Cons:

Het bed zag er prachtig uit maar het matras was niet super, dik dekbed en een dun kussen, dat had voor mij wel anders om gemogen, kwestie van wennen

Cons:

Dumt at tv ikke fungerer for casting. Kunne tenkt meg at det gikk an å slå av alt lys på badet uten å slå av hovedbryter, sånn at leselys ved senga kan være det eneste lyset som er på. Dyr parkering.

Mooie, rustige locatie in fijn buurt.
Pros:

Ligging in het mooie Frogner. Met tram 19 in een mum van tijd naar het Oslo S. station. Leuke, rustige buurt met winkels, café’s en restaurants op loopafstand.

Cons:

Het tweepersoonsbed van 1.40 breed met kuil in het midden vonden wij niet te doen. Wanneer je ging liggen krulde bovendien het topmatras omhoog. Mijn man heeft op de bank geslapen.
