This property does not feature a reception desk and offers self-check-in only.

Weekly housekeeping service and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays.

If you book an apartment for one more guest than the number of fixed beds, a fold-out extra bed will be provided.

The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older.

Bookings are subject to individual assessment.

Pros:

Very nice and stylish apartment, new and very clean. Big bathroom and kitchen is well equipped. Bed is very comfortable, sofa bed is a bit hard. We were on basement floor so no view, but it didn't matter as we were only there to sleep. I would definitely stay there again. Area was very nice and a walk or tram ride to centre.

Cons:

You have to be careful with the shower or the water runs into the bathroom. Sofa bed would be better with a topper

Pros:

Tæt på centrum , værelset var veludstyret

Cons:

Værelset var lige ved indgang , under trappen.
Meget larm fra alle der kommer ind og ud , vinduerne meget gammel uden lydisolering.
Sengen laver meget larm.

Lack of AC and washing machine
Pros:

The support was quick to respond and helpful for the most part , the building was nice, it was relatively close to the palace

Cons:

If you're going during a hot period / a heath wave DO NOT stay there. There is no AC ,but even worse , during summer when the sun is up longer in the north there is no time for the ground, building etc to cool down so in the inside it literally felt like we were about to suffocate and/or melt from the heath . We felt dizzy,sick and like we were being cooked alive in an oven . Two little fans were provided that eased up the issue a bit. Also while booking the room , it stated that there would be a washing machine. After further review only SOME of the rooms have washing machines and if you need to wash your clothes there is a single washing machine and a single dryer for the entire place, for common use which you can imagine is quite impossible to use ,as you need to be sitting around waiting for the chance. The alternative was to go to a washing place which in our case cost 18 euros .

Gute Lage. Frühstück gab es nicht.

Cons:

Da es keine Rezeption gab, war es nicht ganz einfach, ins Haus zu gelangen. Und die dafür notwendige App funktionierte nicht wie beschrieben.
