This property does not feature a reception desk and offers self-check-in only.

Weekly housekeeping service and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays.

If you book an apartment for one more guest than the number of fixed beds, a fold-out extra bed will be provided.

The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older.

Bookings are subject to individual assessment.

In certain situations, a refundable security deposit may be required based on a risk assessment (for example last-minute bookings, major events, weekend stays, or local residents).

Pros:

La posizione è comoda, la struttura è così come è nitidamente descritta su internet; è ben arredata e funzionale.Tuttavia, essendoci l'uso della cucina, sarebbe il caso fare trovare agli ospiti l'occorrente per cucinare, come il sale, il pepe, qualche bustina di tè, la carta scottex, la carta forno, etc.., in quanto, portarsi tutto da casa è assolutamente scomodo e poco pratico!Per il resto, il soggiorno è andato bene e siamo rimasti contenti.

Pros:

The checking and check was difficult, especially if you data connection !

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable and the headboard wasn’t attached to the bed. Not enough utensils and pots and pans.

Poor app and no backup to get into room in the middle of the night. Trouble to check out through app and to lock the roo
Pros:

Big and nice apartment.

Cons:

Dishwasher wasn’t emptied. Small bathroom for long stay. App with key didn’t work and had to wait for Securitas to come and open the door to our room.

Nice place, great location, but the support and communications we had was very poor.
Pros:

Clean, great location, overall comfortable

Cons:

I choose this place particularly to use the kitchen and the oven was not working, and no one answered to my phone calls or messages to help.
I messaged the host to ask for a 1h later checkout 2 days before. I received an answer that I should ask the day before. I did, I did not receive any answer.

Great apartments! Great location!
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment.

Cons:

The check-in and luggage storage. Everything goes through the app and it is just not convenient if you have questions or problems checking in. Luggage storage is inconvenient as it is not in the same location. We arrived very early with the taxi from the airport, we couldn’t do an early check in and then we were told that the storage was 30min walk from the apartment location. Not convenient at all, after a long travel you just want to store your luggage or get into your room. You don’t want a whole story about how the facilities work.
