Excellent location near La Costanera, but cleanliness and breakfast service need improvement.
Pros:

The location was the main highlight, just a short walk from La Costanera and conveniently close to restaurants, shops and other services in Puerto Natales.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be improved, as the bedsheet had visible stains. The breakfast selection was also very limited because several items had run out and were not replenished during the breakfast service.

Ambiente acogedor y grato estar, buena ubicación central
Pros:

Las camas con olor limpio y fresco.
La buena acogida del personal, simpático y amable sobre todo el caballero de la cocina. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

La ducha no era acta para adulto mayor, no tenía antideslizante para el piso y el calefactor del baño estaba muy fuerte.

Pros:

Instalaciones amplias, limpias muy cómodas y el personal muy amable y cordial. El desayuno rico y abundante.

Great location and decent breakfast
Pros:

Good location, just one block from the waterfront, which makes it convenient for walking around. Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special. The staff were friendly and happy to store luggage for several days without any issue.

Cons:

This was our third stay here, but this time it was disappointing. The bedding was dirty, with what looked like blood stains on both beds and hair around the pillows, suggesting it may not have been changed after the previous guests. Unfortunately, we only realised this at midnight when going to bed, so it was too late to complain or request cleaning.
