Calido personal, habitaciones muy lindas, rico desayuno.
Pros:

Muy buena atención, solucionando todo lo que necesatabamos, ejemplo desayuno super temprano 5 am, ya que teníamos excursión desde 5y30. Personal muy agradable.

Wenig Komfort
Pros:

Die Lage war ok und dass es 4-Bett-Zimmer gibt war gut als Familie.

Cons:

Die Dusche war in 208 leider unbrauchbar. Die Dichtungen waren so kaputt, dass das ganze Bad komplett nass wurde.
Wir mussten auf die Dusche unserer Freunde ausweichen.
Die Betten sind unbequem.
Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Keine Lunchbags möglich bei frühem Ausflug.
Im Vorfeld haben wir tagelang versucht das Hotel per Mail zu erreichen, weil wir außerhalb der check in Zeiten ankamen. Keine Antwort. Wir mussten einen Einheimischen (sprechen selbst kein Spanisch) anrufen lassen.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y agradables, y el personal destaca por su amabilidad y atención en todo momento. Como aspecto a mejorar, el desayuno resultó un poco escaso y poco variado, por lo que podría ser más completo. En general, una experiencia positiva, aunque hay algunos detalles que podrían mejorarse.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la costanera, plaza y centro de la ciudad.

Tenía mala aislación acústica la pieza, se escuchaba todo de la pieza de al lado.

Soba je jako ugodna, prostrana, lokacija je savršena, mirna i tiha. I najviše nam se svidjelo što je doručak ranije, a i gospodin iz kuhinje se ustao i prije termina doručka kako bi mogli doručkovati prije puta.
