we found it very enjoyable. It was close to where we could have our dinner with a family went to the zoo and drove around. I would come back again.
The pool should’ve been heated
The room size was good, and the washroom was good. The room was spacious too.
It was not cleaned properly. Dirty towels shoved in the corner, carpet not vacuumed, dustbins not emptied. That was disgusting. Considering all this, we weren't sure if the sheets were changed. Asked for new sheets and changed them ourselves. No support from Hilton, as they said we booked through 3rd party, which is booking.com. Worst experience in terms of staff service and treatment of guests. We felt like a charity case because of their treatment. Would not go there again.
Perfect location for visiting Xavier University. Close to two highway entrances. Close to shopping. 10 minutes to downtown. Clean hotel. Great staff. Lobby is large and bright and busy.

I went to Cincinnati to visit my brother studying at Xavier University, and the location could not have been better. I could easily walk to campus, his house, and a bus stop.
Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, super comfortable big room. I wish I had stayed longer!

Oh my goodness , that Dee at the front desk is the BEST. Give her a raise, make her a manager and give her own hotel to operate. Thank you Dee. You are a True Blessing.
On the positive side ... nice people. All the front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Lorraine, the woman who runs the breakfast operation, could teach a class in customer service. She was super! The room and common areas were well maintained, for the most part. Plenty of parking, though they now charge $10 per night for it. They now have two bikes you can use on the near by bike trail which was a very enjoyable experience.
The issues ... poor water pressure in the shower, spotty Wifi and unreliable housekeeping.
The hotel hosts a lot of youth sports teams. You may want to keep that in mind in your selection process.
Dee front desk rep was so welcoming to me and my husband. She assisted us with care the entire weekend. She is A1 customer service!
Just the location because it is near to my house
Room was not clean when we arrived. There is leftover pizza box that is sitting on the microwave. Bed sheets smells and i feel like it was not changed.
We were only in for 1 night but were told breakfast would be on bill whether we got it or not. 2nd floor room with a view of the hvac units. We've stayed before and the breakfast has been much better. This breakfast was horrible. Lots of employees sitting around while not getting any service.
