Perfect for Xavier graduation
Price was pretty high
It was a convenient location to our purposes
It was mostly clean & the room was mostly quiet
Not very dog friendly to find an area for relieving themselves
Elevator was down half the time & pool was closed part of the time.
Staff were brusk at times about issues we had no control over.
I booked for July 10th - July 14th. Tonite, on July 11th the hotel had booked an event in their banquet/event room. The music was particularly loud. I’m staying on the second floor, one level up from this event. I called down just before 10pm to inquire about the noise. I was told others had also complained and that she could only ask the venue to turn down their music and that was the best that she could do. I called back after midnight and asked how long the venue was scheduled. She said until 2am…until 2am that it was possible I could hear this noise as the venue had been booked and there was nothing she could do about it. What hotel books a potentially noisy venue until 2am at risk of disturbing other paying guests? And there was nothing they could do to satisfy me but had no problem booking me in a room one level about this event and didn’t tell me of the potential noise but were okay to take my money. Deceptive business practices here. They should have booked all the attendees to this event one level up from this venue. Totally unacceptable for a hotel in business to provide an atmosphere conducive for sleep. Sorry folks, you fell short here. Terrible management to think this is good business practices. It’s about profit before customer satisfaction.
Good location
Only 1 working elevator
We drove 4 hours to Cincinnati to attend a funeral. Afterwards, quite exhausted, we arrived at the hotel to check in at 3pm as advertised. The lobby was really noisy with people yelling etc. we had to wait an hour before our room was ready. Totally dreadful. Find somewhere else to stay!
We spent one night here on our way to a family gathering. The hotel was clean, and the staff were pleasant. However, we had items of clothing stolen from our room and the hotel manager (Zach) said there was nothing he could do about it and if I didn’t like I should file a police report. He was rude and dismissive. I suggest you choose one of the many other Hilton properties in Cincinnati.
Friendly staff. Clean. ADA rooms fantastic.
Rooms don't have enough lighting.
… it’s 14 mins from downtown
The room didn’t smell good at all, smelled like @$$. Several cars were broken into on our stay woke up to cops everywhere. Location was in the ghetto, isn’t a good area at all clearly
we found it very enjoyable. It was close to where we could have our dinner with a family went to the zoo and drove around. I would come back again.
The pool should’ve been heated
The room size was good, and the washroom was good. The room was spacious too.
It was not cleaned properly. Dirty towels shoved in the corner, carpet not vacuumed, dustbins not emptied. That was disgusting. Considering all this, we weren't sure if the sheets were changed. Asked for new sheets and changed them ourselves. No support from Hilton, as they said we booked through 3rd party, which is booking.com. Worst experience in terms of staff service and treatment of guests. We felt like a charity case because of their treatment. Would not go there again.
Perfect location for visiting Xavier University. Close to two highway entrances. Close to shopping. 10 minutes to downtown. Clean hotel. Great staff. Lobby is large and bright and busy.
Customer service was excellent
Water pressure was lower than I'm use to
Our room and bathroom were very good.
The pillows were too flat.
Our stay was fabulous! The hotel is clean and the staff are wonderful, especially Julie and Dee. We would absolutely recommend!
