L'ascenseur en panne.
Pas de clé pour l'accès à la chambre mais un code qui a posé problème (mais résolu rapidement par le personnel).

Simply amazing.
Pros:

The hotel is renivated and it looks amazing, with cintemporary art pieces all around. I loved it! But the biggest impression on me left the staff, who was so helpful and supportive all the time and really made my stay perfect. Especially the lady Jasmine, she’s a star ✨
The rooms are super clean, I didn’t hear other guests, the breakfast was good with plethora of dishes.
Every day they would bring a bottle of water and coffee to my room.

Limpio y confortable. Cuenta con albornoz y zapatillas para el baño, nevera de minibar (vacía) y café yté en la habitación. Buen desayuno y ubicación céntrica.

Cons:

Parece muito novo o hotel. Instalações ótimas. Tudo perto podendo ser feitos os passeios a pé. Funcionários atenciosos e a Jasmim um querida. Fazia de tudo para nos atender.

We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even though we arrived very late at night, the check-in process was smooth.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices.
The hotel itself is newly renovated and modern.
We also really enjoyed having a small balcony in our room. Although you could hear a little noise from the street, it didn’t bother us at all.
Another pleasant surprise was the mini gym with new equipment.
