Good staff, comfortable room, noisy location, overpriced.
Pros:

Staff were professional and friendly.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad. This needs to be improved. My room overlooked a busy road, so I didn’t use the balcony as it was too noisy. Also very noisy when window was open. Not the best location. The hotel was overpriced.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Friendly front of house and bar team.

Gym was a nice size and equipment was good with a semi decent treadmill view.

They also accepted my request for a room near the gym which I really appreciated

Cons:

I got the wrong times for breakfast but the lady at breakfast wasnt so friendly

Steak frites from the Marco menu wasnt great. I did enjoy my bar menu dinner the next night.

There was a funny mold/damp smell from my room 416 by the bed. I also got an infected eye on my last day which im not sure what was from but I hope it wasnt anything with the hotel

Value for money, an oasis in Bridgwater!
Pros:

Food was excellent we had breakfast & we dined in the evening too. Spacious room & lovely bathroom. Staff were friendly especially at reception & in the restuarant. Would stay again

A few more sofas in lounge area & a more cosy feeling

Exceptional service from all members of staff including the restaurant staff. Good rooms with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.

Hallways to the rooms don't have air conditioning and can be very warm
