Pros:

What we loved most about our stay at the hotel was the warm hospitality of the staff and the relaxing family-friendly atmosphere. The kids enjoyed every moment, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and children. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like?
That our stay ended too soon.

Pros:

The hotel location was good. Facilities are food and clean. Staff are very accommodating. Breakfast was good although minimal options. Total experience is excellect. Looking forward to visit again.

LOCATION!!! Wonderful and super friendly staff

The location was amazing and the sea and Raffels hotel view was amazing from the King suite apartment on the 15th floor.

Cons:

Location! Great Vandome mall 12min by car. All stuff super friendly and full of attention. Very nice and healthy breakfast choice. Very comfortable mattress. 3 liters of free water served to our apartment daily. Great to have a washing machine in the kitchen. The tram stop is 1min walk. Uber always immediately available and very cheap.
