Estéticamente muy bonito

Cons:

El desayuno falta variedad.

Que no limpian o hacen las camas diariamente. De hecho los días que estuvimos ahí nunca lo hicieron

Glowing review for the Hilton Garden Inn City Center.
Pros:

Everyone was really nice and friendly when I checked in. The rooms are also nice and the food in the restaurant that I tried was good. The Shuttle supervisor Ms Jacque was one of the first people I met and she really set the tone well. She had helpful advice with a smile!

Great service!
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Was impressed by one by name of Jacque, who went above and beyond with van service. We had a person with us who has a tough time walking (besides me) and she got us to the steps of the venue we were going. Nice touch. Thank you.

Great Waitress and Breakfast Experience!
Pros:

Had an amazing experience with Blanca from the kitchen/Restaurant at the hotel. She was very kind and accommodating during breakfast and always checked up on us if we needed anything else. On our last day she walked over to us just to say Bye and wish us safe travels. Having someone like Blanca is an asset to the hotel!!

At breakfast, the staff members on duty were incredibly attentive—especially Ms. Blanca Baca. She is always very helpful and attentive; every time I have stayed here, I have noticed how she goes above and beyond to perform her job to the very best of her ability.
