The hotel stay was terrible. The room was dirty and lacked bath products. The staff were rude and unable to speak English. I have never been to a worse place.

Our stay was great, perfect for cruise ship, 45 minutes from the city. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were fabulous

Beautiful hotel and grounds but a little far out for city trips.
Pros:

The hotel and grounds are stunning. The staff are very helpful and you get excellent service. The gym and pool are great to have and the choice of dining is good. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a large selection to suit all tastes.

Cons:

The location is a little out of the way if you are planning on going to sights in the city. If you have a driver or are willing to spend an extra 30 minutes in a taxi it's fine but when you are out for the day it is not convenient to pop back to the hotel if you need something. The price for what you get there is excellent though.

Overall nice hotel but staff not very helpful, except for the front desk where they were very nice.
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful and huge. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I am still waiting to receive the 320 euro deposit they asked for. Please do make sure they pay this back to me asap.
