The room needed to be cleaned a little better , there was shaved hair on the bathroom wall by sink. The breakfast food was cold, hard and waffles were nasty not many options

Had to move from one room to another at 1AM, with 4 kids and wife l, due to a bug infestation. Hotel was nice but cancel

I may try this hotel brand again but it won’t be at this location.
Pros:

Liked the room set up and overall decor.

Cons:

Microwave didn’t work. Conditioner in shower was empty. Coolers for drinks were all empty. Breakfast worker was very unfriendly and annoyed by having to work. She closed the curtain OVER a guest who was attempting to grab something as breakfast was closing.

What a welcome surprise!
Pros:

I had booked six bed best Western stays prior to our stay at your hotel. Most of the best westerns were rundown so I wasn’t expecting much from your hotel. What a great surprise when we entered the doors to our hotel in Mobile, Alabama spacious clean, great staff. I will book your hotel from now on.

Cons:

I really can’t say anything negative about your hotel. It was really great.

Das ehemals moderne Hotel macht leider einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck. Sonst ist alles vorhanden und auch angenehm, was in ein Home2 Suites by Hilton gehört. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben hervorragend geschlafen :)

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war der Schreibtischsessel unter den Schreibtisch geschoben. Als wir ihn nutzen wollten wurde sichtbar, dass die Armlehne aufgeschlitz war und sich nur noch das Polster auf der Lehne befunden hat. Kaputte Einrichtung: für uns ein No-Go in einem Hilton.

Must stay was very comfortable and exceptional!!
Pros:

Everything about the facility was nice. The staff was welcoming. The facility was clean and the room was phenomenal.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property. It was nice. It was clean and it was in a great location in the middle of everything. The only thing that I think all hotels should do is when they have guest with kids, that they accommodate them on the lowest floors. Because apparently there were kids in the room above us, and they ran the floors most of the night. And I know that that’s not the hotel‘s fault but I would put families with kids on the lowest floors so that they won’t disturb others.
