Worst experience at a hotel@!!!!
Pros:

We arrived and the system check in was not working. Waited 1 1/2 hours and cancelled our reservation and stayed at Hyatt across the street. Then, WE WERE CHARGED FOR STAYING THR NIGHT WHEN THE MANAGER PROMISED A REFUND!!!!
