Sounded like a herd of cows were above me all night.

Cons:

The halls were hot with a lot of fans set up and the molding and wallpaper was polling off. Smelled old
And musty.

Everything was perfect!
Pros:

The staff was fantastic! Checking in was a breeze and the guy who checked me in(sorry I didn’t get his name) his customer service was top tier! Super friendly and helpful

Pros:

Ms Theresa at the front desk for our check in was so sweet, kind, respectful and courteous.
She truly made us feel at home.
Everyone really was so nice!

Pros:

Clean room with a greeting on the TV upon arrival, breakfasts were full (not just a bagel or cereal), great staff, warm atmosphere

Friendly staff, but no hot water to properly bathe.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean.

Cons:

No hot water. None at all for the 3 days I was there. Not in the morning or evening. I had to resort to wiping myself down with a cold wash cloth (not pleasant) and shaving with cold water was no fun either.

There was no hot water my whole stay, the phone didn’t even have cords, so I couldn’t call out. The remote didn’t work
