Enttäuschender Service und wenig lösungsorientiertes Personal
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn ist sehr praktisch und der Zugang zum Hotel unkompliziert.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice erfolgt nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung. Als unser Kind ins Bett plötzlich erbrochen hatte, wurde trotz unserer Bitte kein Reinigungspersonal geschickt. Wir bekamen lediglich einen Bettbezug, die verschmutzte Wäsche wurde nicht abgeholt. Das Bett war dadurch für die nächste Nacht kaum nutzbar und das Zimmer roch weiterhin stark nach Erbrochenem. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr klein für eine mehrköpfige Familie. Insgesamt wirkte das Personal in dieser Situation wenig organisiert und lösungsorientiert. Außerdem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass ältere Gäste deutlich zuvorkommender behandelt wurden als jüngere.

sobu u kojoj smo bili, otkinuta letvica na vratima u kupatilu pa stalno zapinju, otkinuta vrata od sefa izgleda kao da je bio rat u sobi, oštećena lampa noćna sa desne strane kreveta i stalno se pali u noći, krevet hmmm za zamjenit, za nešto što nosi Hilton u nazivu , daleko je to od svega

Ideal für einen Kurztrip!

Location was good, security & safety measures taken made me feel good to having my young adult daughter in a separate room than mine . Breakfast had good selection , as well as making your own pancakes
Not much of fruits and vegetarian option. Cereals , cheeses available and yogurt

Cons:

We had an issue with the connected rooms availability, and emailed requesting 2 single beds in one room and the other is double . They don’t have 2 singles & didn’t find a solution to help but offered us to pay and upgrade for a room for 3 people and pay for triple room. receptionist was not friendly, we were tired late evening , I had my 80 year old exhausted mother from the heat wave we experienced in Aug needing to sleep . And when we managed to pay the extra £56,00 , got my mum to bed , emptied most of our luggage to find thatair condition was broken down - manager came up looking to fix it , couldn’t - engineer available - & suggested that we pack and move to another room , I had to wake my mum up .. and move packed our stuff again , all that and we still had to pay for their unavailability and error . That experience impacted my stay there as I was expecting the next morning an apology from the management . But Nothing at all .

Pros:

Ein sehr gutes, modernes Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Nächstes Mal in Frankfurt würde ich das gleiche Hotel buchen.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Bad. Ich habe eine Glatze, also waren die langen Haare im Bad an der gefliesten Wand und die kürzeren Haare am Waschbecken definitiv nicht von mir. Das Schlafzimmer war aber sauber.
