Loved the breakfast & that they served it past 9am with plenty of hot food. and large rooms. The building was unique & the it was lively. Walkable to the River Center Mall.
Walkable to a lot of lively bars off the riverwalk.
Very pricey valet parking at $50 per day, with not much other options unless you wanted to find street parking which almost impossible. The valet attendants were really nice though.
The hotel was between 2 not so nice hotels
I could not rave more about this hotel ! It’s fabulous and the staff is amazing!! Manuel was absolutely fabulous! If you get him you super lucky! He’s fantastic!
It was within walking distance of The Alamo.

My experience with Tru by Hilton was great! Everyone was so kind and that made my experience that much better! I also had the pleasure of meeting with Betty with Hilton Travel and she was so personable, helpful, kind, and caring. Hilton needs more people like her!

I can’t not even explain how nice the people are that work here!! Every single staff I encountered was so kind and helpful! I will be staying here every time I come to San Antonio. I didn’t catch the ladies name who was so kind at the front but she worked on 4/11 and 4/12

Great location , valet parking was great easy to use, staff was amazing. Breakfast was alright nothing fancy or anything, need diet drink options in the hotel store for ppl who are diabetic.
