Wij kijken altijd bewust goed naar de kamers voordat wij boeken. Wij kregen over duidelijk een andere kamer dan wat wij hadden geboekt. De receptie gaf aan dat het de juiste kamer is. Dit was 100% niet zo!!! En als het zo was dan zijn de foto’s op de website nep!!! Echt niet tevreden. Je krijgt niet de kamer die je boekt! Het was ook niet hygiënisch. Echt smerig.

В целом проживание было комфортным.
Pros:

Мы выбрали этот отель из-за его близкого расположения к аэропорту, так как нам нужно было остановиться всего на одну ночь перед вылетом. Напротив находится большой торговый центр, что было для нас большим плюсом, поскольку мы хотели совместить отдых с небольшим шоппингом. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — это главное достоинство отеля. Все сотрудники были очень приветливыми, доброжелательными и всегда готовы помочь. Нам помогали с чемоданами, быстро реагировали на любые просьбы и сделали наше короткое пребывание максимально комфортным. За сервис персоналу — искренняя благодарность! Завтрак был достаточно разнообразным.

Cons:

Полотенца были с запахом, серые. Не пользовались.
Номера уже немного уставшие.

Bugun otelden çıkış yaptık. geldigimiz gün otelin yanında insaat var rahatsız olursunuz diye odamizi degistirdiler. Cok memnun kaldık, bayii'de çalışan Umut bey'e bu yüzden çok teşekkür ediyorum. hizmetlerinden tut, servislerine kadar hersey cok iyi. Biz geldigimizde kahvalt saati bittiginden dolayı çok acıkmıştık, sağolsun bizi kırmadılar ve odaya 2 sandvic yapip getirdiler.

Cons:

Tuvaletlerde tuvalet fırçaları yoktu, ayriyeten çamaşır makinesini görünce cok mutlu olduk fakat kurutma ayarında ne yaptıysak kurutmadı maalesef. Sadece bu, geriye herseyden memnunduk.
