Pros:

The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were quite spacious, the beds were comfy, and the view was great. I felt safe there. The AC worked perfectly.

Cons:

They don’t have mugs in the room. We booked for two people, but they only provided teabags and toiletries for one person. The floors were dirty. If you value quiet places and peace, keep in mind that it’s very noisy outside 24/7 due to the highways.

Great time at Centro
Pros:

The rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast was good and the hotel environment was quiet bar the construction work going on within the vicinity.

A special thanks to Jila, one of the staff at the hotel. She always finds time to talk to guests, and ask about their wellbeing and if they need any assistance; this was beautiful. I observed Jila doing this everyday of our stay at the hotel. She does it with a big smile on her face.

Thank you Jila for making us enjoy our stay. A special thanks also goes to Musa, my friend keep it up .

Cons:

I understand that it's a very busy hotel and that guests are always in and out. But that should not stop the staff from engaging with the guests.

In other setups, staff find time to tell visitors about important places, for instance, shopping centres tourists attraction areas and places where you can get food. However, this was not the case here. Some of the guests were there as first timers, so didn't know much about the area. Probably they should find time during check-in to give a brief synopsis of the area.

Jila was doing this to perfection, keep it up Jila.

Pros:

Das hotel an sich war toll das personal die Reinigung war für 5 sterne nicht zu 100% sauber was aber Bad betrifft
Frühstück war auch gut das hotel ist aber sehr versteckt und Baustelle sonst war alles gut

Pros:

Our stay was comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly especially Recef, Musa and Bûşra. We asked to be placed at a higher floor and the accommodated us into the 9th floor.

Cons:

Some of the breakfast items weren’t fresh and the tables were unclean and utensils were missing.

“Yum yum yum yum delicioso!”
Pros:

My stay at Westside by Rotana was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable, reasonably priced, and offered great value overall. The breakfast was delicious, and even late at night the food quality was impressive — I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo along with a chocolate soufflé and vanilla ice cream around 2 a.m., and everything tasted fresh and amazing.
The hotel has all the necessary amenities, and my room came with a beautiful view that made it easy to relax and get proper rest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and housekeeping consistently kept the room clean and well-stocked with fresh towels and linens.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, especially for the price. Definitely a 10/10 stay.

Cons:

I only have a few minor suggestions that could really take this property to the next level. One personal pet peeve of mine — and I’ve noticed this in several places around Istanbul — is seeing fingerprints on glass, mirrors, or chrome surfaces. I understand this may sound a bit picky, but spotless surfaces make a big difference in the overall presentation and guest experience.
Another improvement would be adding a self-service laundry room. Paying extremely high prices for basic laundry service, especially for just a few clothing items, can be inconvenient for longer stays. Having an affordable guest laundry option would be a huge plus and much more practical for travelers.
Lastly, I’d recommend updating and reorganizing the gym equipment. The current machine placement makes workouts feel cramped, and the limited availability of heavier weight plates can make strength training difficult. Improving the gym setup would definitely enhance the overall experience for fitness-focused guests.
