Great place to stay in the Hartford area,

Everything Just Worked!
Pros:

Almost a year before our son's wedding in Hartford, I reached out to a number of hotels, including The Hampton Inn in Rocky Hill to arrange room blocks for our guests. I began working with Vaishali Desai and the staff at the hotel. Throughout the next many months leading up to the wedding, we had numerous occasions to reach out and get updates on the booking list as well as status on the rooms that were available. The responsiveness, friendliness and customer focus that Vailshali and the team displayed were always first rate. Our guests who stayed there had nothing but positive feedback on their two night experience. Whether just for a one night simple visit...or for something like a wedding or other large event, you won't go wrong at the Hampton Inn...you'll be treated like kings and queens!

Carrie at the Front Desk - Outstanding (as usual)
Pros:

I travel throughout New England for work. I look forward to staying at this Hampton Inn and Suites, not only for cleanliness and comfortable rooms, but knowing that the staff is there to make my stay the best it can be. Carrie at the Front Desk is super helpful when I need to change plans on short notice. She is friendly, polite and professional...just a great experience.

I’ve stayed at this property several times a very nice hotel would recommend

Friendly hotel, so refreshing!
Pros:

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and VERY clean. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Great hotel for the price

Cons:

The driveway was hard to find after my GPS sent me past it- not the hotels fault!
The staff at breakfast was rude and slammed the doors shut at 10 am, even as a customer, not me, was approaching.

Cons:

The pool is was cold and they start to clean and manteinance Saturday all day and we loose time to enjoy at the pool when they can clean the pool during the week and not during the weekend when the guests trying to enjoy the stay

Conference event review
Pros:

We had a 3-day conference at the Hampton Inn Rocky Hill. Shali and her staff were wonderful! The meeting room was perfect, clean and spacious. No extra charges for a screen and projector. Wifi was excellent. Restrooms were right next to the conference room and were very clean. They allowed us to bring in food for lunch or cater. The room accommodations were excellent. We will definitely use the venue again.

Superior Hotel
Pros:

Traveled with Sports Team to play Wesleyan. Staff were efficient, friendly and on top of our 14 rooms: had keys ready to go when we got there. Lobby clean and organized. My room lacked for nothing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
