清潔及管理需加強。
Pros:

地點好，離BIFF廣場近，周邊也很多餐廳。

Cons:

1.飯店外的臭水溝味很明顯，
2.入住的房間廁所有股尿騷味跟水管臭味，淋浴間跟馬桶間的隔間玻璃很髒，玻璃下方都是橘色的污垢，髒到不想拍，
3.隔間的玻璃地上非完全防水，一洗澡廁所地板到處濕淋淋，
4.淋浴間與房間的玻璃很透，完全看得到洗澡人的身型及動作，如果是非家人住同一間，感覺會有點尷尬。
5.入住時只給一張房卡，同房的家人要單獨外出，非常不便，拿翻譯軟體跟櫃檯人員反應，才給第2張房卡，住了國內外多間飯店，第一次住到只給一張房卡的飯店。
6.房門無安全鎖鏈，房卡一感應即可進入，連住3天，出門前會在房門上放PLS make up room的牌子，第2天早上10點多還在房間，也還沒放牌子在門上，突然有人直接開門進來，當時正在換衣服，下半身來不及穿，只好請小孩到門口擋著，幸好是清潔人員，沒再進入，虛驚一場，語言不通，也不想再去跟櫃檯反應，浪費旅遊時間及破壞心情，總之我不會再來這間入住了。

Non ho ricevuto assistenza per la connessione internet..due volte sono andata a riferire che non mi prendeva la connessione internet e mi hanno detto che avrebbero mandato un tecnico ma non avevo il tempo per restare in camera ad aspettare quel giorno..mai nessuno mi ha chiesto o ha preso seriamente il disservizio...ogni volta dovevo rispiegare il problema finché ho rinunciato e sono rimasta senza connessione internet per tutto il soggiorno

Location is convenient, but the bathroom is bad, drain backflow.

Cons:

the WHOLE bathroom floor, including the toilet floor is wet after shower, because of the drain backflow and the terrible design of the bathroom. As the whole bathroom floor has NO anti-slippery facility, which is quite dangerous to guests.

자갈치 회센터 도보 이용 시 가능 해서 술 한잔 하기도 좋습니다.

Posizione ottima, ma c’è tutto il resto da migliorare
Pros:

Posizione ottima, e dopo aver lasciato un biglietto, ci hanno pulito la stanza in modo più approfondito (come avrebbero dovuto fare dall’inizio).

Cons:

Lo staff non parla una parola di inglese, è poco attento al cliente, durante il check-in ha iniziato a parlare con un altro ospite in coreano, e anche chiedendo indicazioni non hanno mai saputo aiutarci.
Mancanza di lavanderia e ferro da stiro, che per essere un 3 stelle è un problema non da poco.
Abbiamo trovato la stanza molto sporca, con segni di striatura di ruggine sul pavimento, polvere e capelli nella vasca, tuttavia il giorno dopo hanno pulito in modo approfondito.
Non ci è neanche stato comunicato la mancata possibilità di usare il rooftop per manutenzione.
Non a caso, la mattina sentivamo i trapani a partire dalle 7.15, orario in cui si dorme.
