Hotellet har set bedre dage, men det er ok og ligger godt.
Pros:

Placering er rigtig god, det var nemt at komme rundt i byen derfra. Hotellet er også hyggeligt og fint.

Cons:

Værelserne er noget ramponerede og er ikke super rene. Wifi virkede ikke i det første værelse, og vi fik derfor et andet værelse. Receptionisten var lidt sur og talte ikke så godt engelsk. Tagterrassen var lukket pga. renovering.

Everything was very dirty, and the service was terrible.

We stayed on the 13th floor, and at 8:00 a.m. we were woken up by extremely loud drilling and hammering coming from the floor above. Unfortunately, I can’t attach the video with the sound, but it was unbelievably loud. We were unable to get a proper night’s rest because of it.

We asked the hotel staff to resolve the issue, but they took no action whatsoever.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

下次記得多帶一個行李箱來釜山呦！
Pros:

飯店地理位置超讚！門口附近就有直達公車可以到著名景點-甘川文化村，離札嘎其車站3號出口最近，搭一站就到樂天MALL,附近還有國際市場和BIFF廣場，非常讚！

Cons:

飯店check in 後只會給一張房卡，若是想下樓便利商店買東西，房間沒房卡就會斷電，因為電梯需要刷卡，一張卡真的不太方便，建議2張比較適合。

Cons:

1.沒有客房服務，外國旅客最困難的就是點外送吧，但是沒此服務真的很可惜。
2.房間感覺是乾淨的但是總有個味道。
3.從真航空公布班機延誤7/11改成7/12飛，就立即透過訂房平台聯絡住宿方，以及自己寄mail給住宿方，也向訂房平台客服反應給住宿方，至少聯絡3次，很遺憾的至今無收到任何住宿方的回信⋯消極的回應（是無反應才對）讓我對釜山很失望，今年去了韓國3次，其2次來釜山，我想至少近幾年我應該不會想來了⋯⋯，退不退費是一回事，毫無反應才是重點，況且櫃台至少都有3個人⋯

Cons:

房間採光不好、燈光不夠亮，一家人訂了2間住宿卻分配在不同樓層，房卡只能感應自己所住的樓層，導致我們要找對方就只能爬樓梯，而且還是6->9樓，跟櫃檯人員反應也沒有得到解決方式，非常不便！
