Nampo Hound Hotel Premier

La terraza no existe, subimos y no se podia acceder porqie estaba lleno de cajas. El personal ni habla ingles ni se molesta en interactuar con cualquier persona que no sea coreana. Las fotos son bastabte reales con la diferencia de que hay 0 mantenimento

La limpieza era nefasta, baño con moho, sábanas sucias y pelos de los anteriores huéspedes por toda la habitación

Manca l’attenzione e la cura: pareti in parte rovinate, muffa tra le piastrelle, lavandino arrugginito e, in una delle due stanze, con rubinetto rotto. Abbiamo chiesto di sistemarlo ma nessuno ha fatto niente.
Ovviamente non parlano inglese, ma questo è quasi normale.
Fuori dall’hotel c’è pattumiera puzzolente quindi con 40 gradi non è proprio il massimo. Magari in inverno è meglio

The bathroom was grungy and needed a good clean or update. The sink was in the entranceway. The curtains didn't close all the way so the sun and lights peeked in while we were sleeping. The bed was hard.

Tuve que pedir cambiar de habitación por el olor. La segunda tuve que pedir que la limpiaran, en especial el baño.
Las habitaciones están muy trotadas.

Petit problème de wifi. Prises murales pas très stables

First room we had was very dirty. Very dirty walls which were possibly mold, ceiling definitely has mold (on one of my photo's you might only see a gray haze; that's mold but the photo does not capture it very clear). Bathroom sink was not cleaned as there were toothpaste stains, and the floor was also dirty what looked like blood. The duvet was also very dirty as it had a very large stain on it underneath the cover.

We told the receptionist about this and he said he could do nothing about it until morning. He said there were no other rooms available, so we could not get a new room. Eventually we said we wanted to leave and wanted a refund. Then another man came (maybe the boss?), inspected our room and said we could change.

SO, they did have free rooms, so the receptionist lied to me. Second room we got was a lot better, but after a day we discovered a lot of mold in the bathroom, but we didn't notice this since the walls had colored motives.

But the receptionist was the worst of all since he was everything except helpful and did not even try to come up with a solution, very unbothered by everything. So be aware of a middle aged man with glasses and a very empty look in his eyes.

La camera era molto umida e trasandata, le prese di corrente erano così usurate che i caricabatterie si scollegavano in continuazione. Terrazza sul tetto chiusa per ristrutturazione da molti mesi

門沒有內部鎖、門卡只有一張，每次下數都要請工作人員刷電梯

Værelserne er noget ramponerede og er ikke super rene. Wifi virkede ikke i det første værelse, og vi fik derfor et andet værelse. Receptionisten var lidt sur og talte ikke så godt engelsk. Tagterrassen var lukket pga. renovering.

Everything was very dirty, and the service was terrible.

We stayed on the 13th floor, and at 8:00 a.m. we were woken up by extremely loud drilling and hammering coming from the floor above. Unfortunately, I can’t attach the video with the sound, but it was unbelievably loud. We were unable to get a proper night’s rest because of it.

We asked the hotel staff to resolve the issue, but they took no action whatsoever.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

房卡只有一張很不方便，同行友人沒辦法安排同一個樓層也不方便
