Extremely comfortable stay, with an extraordinary bed - great and helpful staff - will stay again!
Pros:

Amazing stay - staff was incredibly helpful, especially Alex, who helped us with directions, recommendation and reservations!

Room was huge and extremely well designed, especially the bath which had a tub plus separate shower with multiple options (showerhead, rain, single stream, multi-direction).
The bed was extremely nice - I cannot stress enough how nice the bed was.

Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kyoto!

Pros:

The double room we got was really big and comfortable considering we were travelling with our toddler. The bed was huge and the bathroom and shower were really new and big. The location was great too, there is no public transport right at the door but the hotel is kind of in the middle of Kyoto, so you can easily walk to a lot of places within a 30min walk.

Cons:

The breakfast was not awesome but was good enough. There is no choice, the only you can choose is whether you want to have it at the hotel reception or in the room

Pros:

Wonderful breakfast delivered every morning to the room. Fantastic staff, very comfortable.

Cons:

It is odd to have to pay extra for a baby crib. Tucked away on a one-way street that was a bit dangerous to walk down (only because of cars) without a proper sidewalk.

Pros:

I really loved how comfortable the rooms were. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked that there were small things like a nice bath herbal blend to use. The breakfast is served to you in your room which is very comfortable actually.

Cons:

I would have preferred if it was easier to customize the breakfast like with a checklist of things you want or do not want, as I am a bit of a picky eater and communicating my requests was a bit difficult due to language barrier. I also think it was a little bit on the small side, definitely enough if you eat everything though!

Nagyon jól felszerelt, tiszta hotel. Kedves személyzet, jól beszélnek angolul. Mindenképpen ajánlom.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen lévő, extrákkal felszerelt, hatalmas szoba. Maximális tisztaság, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész.

Cons:

A reggelit vagy a szobában kell megenni, vagy lehetőség van a szálloda előterében. Mind a két helyen egy doháznyóasztalnál lehet ezt megtenni, amely nem olyan kényelmes. A szálloda előterében nagyon erős a klíma.

Albergo piccoloma bellissimo. Posizione centralissima. Staff molto accogliente e premuroso.
