Absolutely first class
Pros:

A beautifully appointed room. Very modern and smart. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed. And facilities are perfect.
Great value for money. Breakfast was beautiful too.

Cons:

Only 1 thing which is very small. The milk for the coffee and tea facility in the room was soya milk which was horrible.
That is the only negative.

Faultless.
Pros:

Excellent location. Clean & spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Comfortable lounge/bar area. Good food including excellent breakfast. Good VFM. Can thoroughly recommend & would be my first choice for any future stays in S.London/Surrey area.

Cons:

Didnt have time to play golf but the course looked great !

Amazing and luxurious
Pros:

The location was luxury, the room was very spacious and comfortable, we had a very nice deep sleep as there was no noise at all around the hotel. The shower and bathroom were spacious and super clean. The check in staff were very friendly and led us to the room, highly professional. Air con was working nicely and we were showed how to use the air con which was a nice touch. We will be returning again very soon. We were also able to buy some chocolate bars at the reception which was a nice bonus.

Good location but some facilities need improvement
Pros:

Lovely relaxing location

Cons:

Food in the restaurant is basic, the menu really needs a revamp to offer a wider range, especially for a vegetarian diet. In the room the pillows were too soft, we requested firm pillows but the hotel didn't have any.

Quietly located with well equipped rooms
Pros:

Quiet secluded spot with comfortable well equipped rooms.

Was a little hard to find as it’s at the end of a residential road - just keep going after the sat nav gives up!

Pros:

Room is air conditioned and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable with almost no disturbance from sleeping partner.
