Great hotel, had an issue with the room, we were moved immediately, can't fault the service
Some breakfast staff are a little surly

Fridge door didn't shut, woke up to spoiled baby milk which is very frustrated
There is a sky light in the main room which was bright until nearly 11pm so our two children couldn't sleep, it then woke up all up early - this is not ok for a hotel, where you're meant to be having a great night sleep, it doesn't make sense
Curtains don't shut properly either
There was an event that was loud, that we weren't told about

Possibly a small fridge in the Room,
The twin-bed room at the Lodge was very comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet, with a view directly onto the golf course. We really appreciated the air conditioning on the hot days in June. All the essentials were available in the room. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We enjoyed a good breakfast and evening meal in the clubhouse.

Helpful, welcoming staff on reception, clean quiet room with balcony overlooking the golf course.
It would be helpful to The Lodge guests if breakfast tables could be set aside for them in the golf club restaurant with staff coming to take their orders rather than having to approach the bar to place orders.

There was a strange humming noise in the room, the only way to get rid of it was to turn the air con on????
Beautiful location on a golf course. Unbelievably friendly staff, very clean environment, rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Just superb all round.
This was bit of hidden gem booked on the fly at last min. Safe secure parking. The welcome was warm friendly and efficient. The room was a decent enough size for the price with a comfortable bed, a well appointed bathroom, decent desk space for working. The room felt fairly fresh with modern decor. The food in the bar was very nice and fairly priced and the breakfast team made me a sandwich and coffee to go as was getting away quite early.
No complaints, excellent for business travellers and golfers alike.

Arrived from Gatwick airport in the middle of the night just for an overnight stay prior to travelling back to our home in Hull the next morning, as it is a 4 1/2 hour drive.
