Accueil très sympa et efficace. Studio pour 4 personnes très spacieux.dans un bâtiment annexe au coeur du centre ville historique. Délicieux petit déjeuner très bien fourni. Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

A comfortable night's sleep and a delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Good location and easy to find. Plenty of parking

Cons:

Nothing really. The shower was quite high to step in to for a senior. Not having the toilet in the bath room was a bit of a drawback

Das Personal und der Service war super ,leider befindet sich das Haus wohl noch in der Renovierungsphase. daher funktionierte alles noch nicht so richtig. Aber wenn alles fertig ist wird es sicher ein super Hotel zu einem super Preis

Zwischenstopp
Pros:

Die komplette Kommunikation während des Aufenthalts war super freundlich. Per Telefon konnte man sich alle Infos holen, da abends die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war. Da das Restaurant geschlossen war, wurde uns eines in der Nähe genannt, welches mit dem Hotel zusammen arbeitet und wo man als Hotelgast dann auch einen Nachlass bekommen hat. Dafür Daumen hoch. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns überrascht. Solch eine Auswahl haben wir in noch keinem anderen (auch größeren Hotels) vorgefunden. Wer Rührei zum Frühstück haben wollte, hat es ganz frisch zubereitet bekommen. Sonst ist man ja die Warmhalte-Schalen gewohnt. Das ist Service.

Cons:

Ins WLAN sind wir auch nach mehreren Versuchen nicht rein gekommen. Selbst mit dem QR-Code hatten wir keine Chance. Aber bei einer Nacht, die wir hier geschlafen haben, war das für uns jetzt nicht so dramatisch. Wären wir länger geblieben, hätte ich das auf jeden Fall angesprochen. Da wir immer mit offenem Fenster schlafen, war es für uns nachts etwas laut, da wir ein Zimmer zur Straße hatten. Wer hier übernachtet und wie wir ein Zimmer zur Straße bekommt, sollte also das Fenster geschlossen halten, oder muss mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse rechnen.

Das Zimmer war miniklein, unsauber, das Schloss an der Tür hat nicht funktioniert. Man musste bestimmt jedes mal fast 10min Zeit aufwenden um wieder ins Zimmer zu kommen. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, dort herrscht win massiver Renovierungs-/Sanierungsstau. Die Begrüßung am Anreisetag war unter aller Kanone. Erstmal war das Hotel zu. Am Eingang stand ein Schild mit einer Nummer die man in diesem Fall anrufen soll. Der Herr am Telefon war mega unfreundlich, weil der Check in erst ab 16Uhr möglich wäre. Wir hatten aber eine Schriftliche Zusage vom Hotel für einen frühen Check in ab 13Uhr. Der Herr hat seine Frau geschickt, die massiv angenervt von uns und ihrem Mann war. Wir waren nicht mal im System hinterlegt, sodass wir ein Zimmer von einem anderen Anreisenden bekommen hatten.
Das Frühstück war okay. Leider kaum noch Brötchen da, der Kaffeevollautomat funktionierte 15 min nicht. Der Besitzer hatte aber wenig Zeit, da er gleichzeitig den Service vom Frühstück machte und nebenbei alle anderen Dinge an der Rezeption. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Hotel personell massiv unterbesetzt ist. Es fehlte so viel um sich dort wohlzufühlen.

Cons:

Ingen aircondition på rommet. Hadde en vifte men det var ekstremt varmt på rommet. Hotellet var helt mørkt da vi kom fram, ingen lys på.
Veldig skuffende frokost, veldig lite utvalg og tørt og hardt brød/rundstykke. Vi kjøpte oss heller mat når vi reiste, så dårlig som det var

Prima geeignet für Zwischenhalt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Ortsmitte, hat im Hof ausreichend Parkplätze. Check-in geht problemlos, falls die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist: Die angegebene Telefonnummer anrufen – Code erhalten – eintippen und den Zimmerschlüssel erhalten.
Zimmer sind und Bad sind sauber und zweckmäßig, wenn gleich das Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist – aber eine Renovierung steht wohl an. Kaffeemaschine und Wasser sind im Zimmer kostenlos.
Frühstücks Buffett lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch frisch zubereitetes Rühr- oder Spiegelei wird angeboten. Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Kleines Manko: Cappuccino aus dem Automaten wird wohl aus Pulver zubereitet und ist für meinen Geschmack viel zu süß.

Hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Inhabers. Ein Restaurant gibt es im Hotel selbst nicht, aber in 3-4 Minuten (zu Fuß) ist das „ANNO“ zu erreichen (ist vom gleichen Inhaber geführt) – dort gibt es prima Essen (zu empfehlen der XXXL-Samstag) dort gibt es prima Speisen zu ebenso prima Preisen.

Wir waren bisher schon zweimal dort zu Gast und haben für unseren nächsten Zwischenaufenthalt bereits wieder gebucht und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal.
