اذا كنت ترغب في اقامه مريحه ابعد عن هذا الفندق

كان فيه رجل في الريسبشن خدوم جدا وماقصر معانا وحامل الحقائب كان خدوم اما بالنسبه للموقع لازم تستخدم مواصلات لان المطاعم والمحلات بعيده بالنسبه للنظافة لا يتم التنظيف بشكل جيد الا اذا تم اعطائهم نقود بقشيش ومراقبتهم حتى ينظفو جيدا

الفرش متسخ وغير متطابق مع الصور المعروضه ع الموقع ولمن طلبنا ان ننتقل الى الطوابق العلي رفضو لان الشقق تكون فقط في الادوار الاولى الاول والثاني و الثالث فقط الارضيه متسخه جدا والشقه كلها تخرج منها رائحة صرف صحي وهذا غير صحي لي ولعائلتي كما اسياب و الاستقابل توجد فيها نفس الرائحة حقيقي ازعجني جدا غير المغسلة حقت المطبخ تطفح وتتغمر بالماء باب الحمام لا يغلق و مقبض الباب يخرج في يدي كل مره اغلق فيها الباب فيه بلكونه كانت فيها سياج حديد وكانت جدا متسخه ومليئه بالكاسات المضيفين الي قبلنا وهذا الشي غير لائق تماما كما الطاولات غير نظيفه لازم امسحها قبل ما اضع اغراضي وهذا الشي ازعجني جدا ايضا اللمبات لا تعمل كلها والحشرات كثيره ومزعجه ارجو من الفندق الاهتمام والاخذ بالملاحظات

I only liked the size of the rooms!

Бяхме запазили апартамент , защото чакахме да дойдат и децата за състезанието по карате! Търсиха ни резервацията 30 минути след което ни казаха , че не могат да ни настанят преди 14:00, а часът беше 12:30! Отпратиха ни и ни казаха че сме регистрирани и след като се върнем само ще ни дадът картите за апартамента!Разходихме се и върнахме към 15:00 и се оказа че пак не сме регистрирани и трябва да чакаме още 30 минути! След като се нанесохме се оказа , че няма абсолютно никаква посуда( чаши, чинии, вилици,лъжици, нищо…)! Не мисля че е нормално да наемем апартамент с кухня и да няма нищо! След като поискахме да ни дадът ни докараха мрусна посуда с явно следи от употреба! До тук горе долу беше приемливо! Върха на разочарованието беше когато пристигнаха рейсовете с децата! Никаква организация , децата лежаха по земята в рамките на 3-4 часа( може да си проверите по видеонаблюдението) 150 деца се настаняваха от 2 пикола , объркани стаи, в стая за двама се настаняваха по 3 деца и т.н…! абсолютен ад за децата които трябваше да се настанят и да става сутринта рано за състезание! Със сигурност не отговаряте на цена / качество, защото много добре знаете колко човека чакате в този ден , а въщност нямахте хора за да ги настаните! стаите от към главния булевард изключително шумни и неуплатнени прозорци! Когато попитах на рецепцията защо настаняват по 3 деца в стая за двама и че искам да ми се върнат парите за едното дете ми беше отказано, което е далеч от това което сме платили!

Pros:

The room was big and clean, they change the sheets every 2 days, and they clean our room everyday. The all staff were great with us. We definitely will come back, it was a pleasent stay.

Cons:

The distance of the centre, you have to take the taxi to the closest metro station.
