Pros:

Большая площадь апартаментов. Хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Мебель была в плохом состоянии, как-будто её били специально. Зеркало в одной спальне рядом с кроватью было с большой трещиной снизу. В номере отсутствовали посуда и чайник а в туалете не было ёршика. После уборки заменили чистое постельное белье на белье с непонятным коричневым пятном.

Worst accomodation for the money we paid
Pros:

The view was the only thing we liked

Cons:

We were given a very small room and there were 5 of us,the oven was dirty,the dishwasher didn't work,there was no pots and cutlery ,they brought a broken pan it was disgusting,they say self catering but had no facilities at all,the room cleaning was pathetic,pillows n duvets and towels broken,hot water took 30 mins to get warm,windows filthy,would deffinately not stay here ever again they spoil the brand ROTANA

No shops or restaurants surrounded the hotel also they are building so it's too noisy surrounded the hotel

Pros:

Den var nybyggd och allmänt fräsch trotts dålig underhållning.
Den ligger ganska bra mitt i emot Mall of Istanbul.
Stor gratis parkering som var utmärkt
Poolen var ganska bra.
Rummet var stort och härligt men en del av möblerna trasiga (brännskador på soffan och gardiner)
Belysning i Rummet var delvis trasig.
Tvättmaskin är en stor plus
AC funkar så där ( temp var runt 30 grader ute så det var ok ända)

Cons:

Det finns mycket pågående byggarbete i området som gör det svårt åtkomligt med bilen. GPS kunde inte hitta adress exakt.
Frukost var dålig, väldigt få rätter, personalen var dåliga med påfyllning, slut på olika rätter även tidigt på morgonen. Vid fråga om det svarar personalen att de håller på att städa/stänga trots att frukosten är till 10.00 och vi är där vid 9.
Ingen saft eller kall dryck. Bara vatten. Frukost är inte värt pengarna alls. Stort minus
Dålig bemanning i receptionen vid utcheckning ( ca kl 6.00) ingen svarar på telefon när man ringde att få hjälp med baggage. Jag var tvungen att gå själv ner och pratar med Personalen där i reception och det var bara 1 kille som han hjälpte till med baggage själv ( ingen porter i tjänst alls)

الاقامة جيدة وقد اوصي بها الاخرين

شقة من غرفتين نوم اعجبني شراحة الشقة نوعا ما ووجود 3 حمامات وغرفة غسيل خاصة وكذلك وجود مواقف سيارات واعجبتني الاطلالة وتم احضار سرير اطفال

لا يفوتكم في نفس المنطقة بالسيارة طبعا محل برجر اسمه 8one burger وكمان محل دونر لمحبي اللحم الخالص ikamet doner ويوجد ستار بكس رايق ومرتب

لم يعجبني مستوى النظافة ولا يوجد جوار الفندق مشيا على الاقدام اي خدمات
